Clean, very central location The facility seemed very clean. With very little effort the breakfast would be much better. The suit we booked had a king size bed, and a pull out couch. The couch should be thrown in the trash, it's definitely seen better days and the mattress on the pull out couch was horrible. Please replace!

Unapologetic and rude staff We stayed here two nights - a Friday and a Saturday. Both mornings, Saturday and Sunday, we were awoken by 8:00 a.m. by the noisy housekeeping staff; the laundry room was located across the hall from our room. They were laughing and talking so loudly. I did not get enough sleep because of them. When I reported it to the front desk on checkout, I was actually talking to the manager, although she denied being the manager. I found out later by calling back that she was, in fact, the manager. I asked for a partial refund because we were awoken too early both mornings due to loud staff. I was denied a partial refund because I'd apparently already gotten a discounted rate from booking through a 3rd party. I was astonished at the lack of customer service and the fact that management didn't care. The room also smelled of cigarette smoke. I will not be staying here again in the future. The noisy housekeeping staff plus being lied to about who the manager was, is too much for me.

Be careful if needing a physically disabled room Very nice bedroom, lobby, pool and fitness room. Business center had a couple of computers that were useful since we are house hunting. Office people were very welcoming. Only one complaint - we rented a handicap room since my husband needs one. The bathtub was equiped with grip bars and a seat. Very well done except for one thing - it still had a tub that he would have to step over to enter. It needs to be a roll in or at least a walk in without a high side. Great setup but pointless if you can't get over the side of the tub. We would not be able to stay there again. Good thing we were only there one night so he could handle skipping a shower. Otherwise I would rate the hotel as a 5.

Bed Bugs in Room 101 Room 101 has a bed bug problem. The staff was helpful, confirmed that they did find bed bugs on the bedding, and issued a refund. They mentioned that this room had a history of issues with bed bugs. My mom and I were bitten during our stay. I had a strong allergic reaction to the bites and had to seek medical care. We also had to throw out luggage + clothing, launder clothing that we decided to keep, and have the car fully detailed to hopefully prevent bringing “hitchhiker” bed bugs home. It has been an unpleasant and inconvenient experience overall. I would not recommend staying at this location.

Hotels, not wanting to accept service dogs. I was booking a room for two days in the middle of a ice storm, when I informed her that I have a service dog she informed me that they do not accept dogs and their other hotel down the road does. I could not believe she wanted me to drive further on icy roads in the middle of the night just because she did not want to accept my service card. However, according to ADA, which is federal law, she has no choice.
