Run, Do Not stay here!! Room was not in an acceptable condition and there was not a door on the bathroom. We asked for a room that had a door on the bathroom and were refused. Unfortunately, we left immediately and stayed elsewhere. Even though I cancelled almost immediately after making the reservation, they are refusing to give me a refund.

Sleep in car or keep driving! Room not overly clean, broken down mattresses. The toilet seat was not attached to the stool. Breakfast was a joke. Everything was cold like straight from the refrigerator. Homeless and derelicts hanging around the breakfast area.

Not too bad, standard Econolodge. Fairly typical for the brand but a bit overpriced for the quality. Location is just off a highway but was an easy drive to downtown. Check in staff were pleasant and helpful. Aircon had to be set on full cold and high fan to have an effect but it was a warm day. A lot of trucks park at this hotel so you do get some noise if they are leaving early.

Ok but could be better Check in great. Got to room and noticed toilet running. Turned out handle was broken. Called the front desk and they had maintenance over in about an hour and had it fixed. Housekeeper good too with providing different coffee and ashtray. Comfortable beds. Washcloths worn out. Breakfast not too great. This was a smoking room which is hard to find in Springfield!

Definitely not my fave and Super expensive! Didn't feel like a 3 hour drive back home after a day of tours so chose this. The pricing on all hotels in Springfield is absolutely ridiculous so this was my best option. Was it worth it? NO. Is the place "ok clean" - sure. But would I stay there again - No. Sure I was able to shower and sleep but this is a very old hotel that they're trying to mask to look updated. The doors had locks but I could still see outside. The TV had a poor picture but we kept it on for noise. Don't even get me started on the pillows - glad I didn't see what I saw until after I was awake. GROSS The only good part of the stay was the nice lady @ check-in and the decent breakfast - clean area to eat but then we got out.
