Excuses, empty apologies and promises to do better At check in, the clerk promised daily maid service and told us to put the Do Not Disturb sign on the door handle if we didn't need it. For the greatly inflated room rates they were charging during the fall foliage weeks, we expected no less than daily maid service. During our five-night stay, we never received maid service even though we saw their carts in the hallway every day. We contacted the front desk every day to get fresh towels. On the first day, they blamed a shortage of maid staff and promised our room would be serviced first cleaned the next morning. This did not happen. On the third day, we received a text from them asking how they were doing and asked for a rating of 1 to 5. I replied with a rating of 3 and explained the problem. Once again, we received an empty apology and a promise to do better. After we complained on the fourth day, the manager sent the desk clerk to our room with fresh towels and to empty the trash. He only picked up the trash in one of the trash cans and did not pickup the wet towels on the bathroom floor. I lowered the text rating to 2 and got another empty apology and another promise to do better. Pros Check-in was slow, but friendly Free fast Internet Attractive grounds Convenient location Cons Reservation confirmation email mentioned our 1-King Superior room on the top floor included bottled water, hand sanitizer and access to a "pantry on the top floor" - none of these were provided Greatly inflated room rates during fall foliage weeks Noisy A/C unit that never cooled the room, even when set on 65 degrees Window would not open No maid service (no fresh towels, no coffee/cups replenished, trash not emptied) No bathroom fan Mildew in the shower Dirty carpet in the hallways and on the single elevator Fancy hotel name, but the credit card charge show La Quinta Free breakfast was subpar and the coffee was awful

Nice place to stay and pet friendly easy check-in, easy access, cash is no good there, only credit cards. Pet friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable. Plenty of room to walk the dog and easy access to the highway.

Three night stay Clean hotel, friendly staff, decent breakfast. Rooms are spacious and well laid out. Internet was good. Pool looks like it still needs updating but the kids were happy with it.

Nice and not toooo expensive Perfect for a short stop along the road, but for what you get a little overpriced. The staff are great, although they lock up at 11 pm due to a couple of issues they previously had.
