Nice hotel close to the attractions , at a reasonable price . Rooms were clean and well provisioned To start with the price was very reasonable. The location was in walking distance of most of St Augustines major attractions , so that was quite useful too. In with our booking was breakfast , which admittedly was quite a simple affair , but it filled a corner and given it was inclusive , made the room price even more reasonable. The receptionist was very pleasant , being really friendly and helpful. The complex is more of a motel layout , with mainly ground floor rooms and initial impressions were a bit iffy. But the room was clean , well equipped and in a reasonable state of decor, albeit seeming dated , door excepted which was very tatty and needed to be redone and let it down a bit. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and quite modern and toiletries etc were provided. There was also a coffee machine and supplies in the room

Not great Average at best. Motel experience. Breakfast room was dismal, food variety poor. Food quality average at best. Location was good. You can clearly hear the people in the room next to you. Place is beat up. I need to make the review two hundred characters so I typed this.

It was okay for last minute The hotel is within walking distance, but it is pretty far to the fort. The hotel itself is a little outdated. Our room, 153, had uncomfortable beds, but the water was hot. The floors were filthy. My white socks were no longer white. The price was high for what it was, but it was during the Night of Lights, so I guess that wasn't too bad. The staff was kind, but they were a little unorganized when we were making the reservations. In their defense, it was packed Thanksgiving weekend, and we made the reservations at the last minute. Overall, we would choose another hotel if we go again.

Just awful - truly awful Sadly I have to agree with some of the the previous recent reviews. This is not a hotel - it is a very cheap motel at best. The room we were given was old and tired with the noisiest air conditioner I've ever had the displeasure of sharing a room with. The pool is filthy, broken and should be declared a health hazard. I've stayed in hundreds of properties in the USA and this has to be one of the worst. The breakfast buffet is not worth visiting and the single use plastic is next level.

Urgent !! Urgent!! The photos prove it all. I don't know if it's the oldest town in the United States or the oldest and most disgusting hotel in the entire country. The staff was very attentive, but the hotel looked horrible. The room had a musty stench and a bad appearance. We had to buy towels, bath shoes, and even a sheet. Everything was so disgusting. The photos on the internet have nothing to do with it. The pool was damaged, the water was dirty, and the bottom of the pool was dirty. The shower water smells like sewage, like water accumulated over many days, and the bathroom was super disgusting, look at the photos I'm going to upload. The phone had no tone, the lights on the bed never worked, and so on. I have a lot to say. Please, that looks like a cheap motel. Look at the photos at the end! Everything was so dirty.
