Worst hotel experience to-date A motel stay would have provided a better experience than this hotel. We booked to stay here during our mandatory quarantine and the hotel, to our great surprise, told us that the price we booked online would not apply even though they admitted the error is on their website. To make matters worse, when asked if they would consider refunds for nights we won't end up using, as some hotels are doing, the hotel worker proudly proclaimed 'we don't care if you only stay 10 minutes, you'd still be charged for 3 nights'. To make matters worse, after repeatedly warning the hotel of our son's severe nut allergy and telling them to make sure they don't include anything of that sort in his food, they of course bring him deserts full of nuts and ingredients in his main meal that we told them not to include. When we asked if they could please remake with our specifications in mind, they said they were too busy and for us to instead order on Uber Eats and they would reimburse us. The attitude of the staff working at the front desk was just something to behold. We would not stay here again if they paid us and I would say save yourself a headache and find somewhere else to stay.

Don't book Novotel Montreal Aeroport for covid please Novotel Montreal Aeroport is just here to cash in that is! I came to quarantined on 30th of June and I left on 1st of June because of a very bad service. first you never get reimbursed even if you test negative to COVID while other hotels do. The fees for 3 days is 1100 Canadian dollars and you can just use the canada immigration phone, you cannot use a commercial website like booking.com to book which is way cheaper second the checkin is horrid, you are just a number third they asked me what time to i wanted the dinner, I put 7pm and I got my meal at around 10pm. with the jet lag I was already sleeping the meal was horrible not worth it the price of 1100 you pay for the stay and the meal In morning the same with the breakfast so I decided to leave they they can enjoy my money when I was checking out I asked the process to complain, there is no one I was told. They told me to go to any website and complain, how unprofessional is that! I was my first time with Novotel and it will be my last one

Don't make your Covid Stay in this hotel ! The room is not renovated, the service is deplorable, the air conditioning noisy and the food served lukewarm and not at the requested time. The hotelier did not hear from us during this stay ... He still did not send invoice 6 days after our checkout, even after informing All Accor Hotels customer service...

Not up to par A covid stay of 1 night, forced to pay 3 at an exorbitant price, $1089 for 3 nights in a sub par room and inedible food. Even if the stay is mandatory, there is no excuse for the room or the food which was coming from the hotel’s kitchens to be so bad. I am extremely disappointed with this Novotel, definitely not on par with what an Accor hotel should be. When I complained, the manager was adamant and disagreeable. Personnel was always kind….the only good thing about this stay.

Average stay Good size room and bathroom, clean, but not renovated like other Novotels. There is a small fridge, coffee machine, safe and iron in the room. Hotel has a small gym with cardio machines and weights. Hotel is in an industrial park near the highway and about a 15 minute drive from airport, so only stay here if you have a car and need to be near the airport. Unfortunately, the staff at reception was not very welcoming, not providing any info when checking in. Limited breakfast because of COVID was ok. Staff in breakfast room was very friendly.
