A Special Place What a special hotel! You can never tell by driving up, but after checking in the wow experience begins. A beautiful lobby with a nice bar and the Luna restaurant. The rooms are very nice, staying here while attending a few Spring Training baseball games so didn't expect to spend too much time here. The pool was not too big but very nice and empty. The big year v was adjacent to the pool was a giant boardwalk trail surrounding the lake Carillon, beautiful to hike with surrounding floral Dean's and ducks at least a mile around. I'm the evening you could purchase a drying and go outside and enjoy it. The bar was open till 11 pm when we were here. This place was a home run!

Courteous staff at the front Very courteous staff. Zory and Ashton were very polite and did what they could to get me checked in. While there was issues, I don’t hold it against them. But more against the company who arranged for me to come who didn’t leave the information for me to get checked in properly.

Excellent hotel Not much to say. It's a Hilton. Very clean place. Close to the airport (20 mins by car over the causeway). You can fill up your vehicle with gas at the Shell Gas stations ( 3 mins away) Starbucks is right beside it. No need to fill up in Tampa when returning as the shell is only 10 miles away so you barely burn any gas. Overall this hotel was nice. Had a nice pool. A scary boardwalk :) Warning signs for alligators and wild animals. I never saw any and went on it. I did see a turtle. Restaurant in the place is nice but expensive. Better to go to Cracker Barrel 5 mins away or Courtside Grille which is right beside a publix for water and things you may need for pharmacy. Everything is close. Downtown St Petersburg is 20 mins by car. Easy drive in. Good location. I would stay there again.

Paradise in the middle of St. Petersburg Cannot say enough about this gem of a hotel. Such a welcome surprise to find such an excellent place in the heart of St. Petersburg. Staff and grounds so amazingly. Angelic actually CALLED us as we were driving up from our home in the Keys to tell us she had upgraded our room with two doubles to a Jr. Suite since she noticed our party included 3 adults. This thoughtful gesture was so appreciated by us since my sister was joining us for a concert in Tampa. Angelic thanked us for being Diamond members and again, thoughtfully informed us about other benefits our Diamond status allowed. The spacious suite was clean and well equipped with a refrigerator, two tvs, makeup mirror, jacuzzi and shower, 1-1/2 baths and many other nice touches. The entire hotel is decorated and landscaped beautifully, and there is a gorgeous lake with a walkway deck all around it to enjoy. Paradise in the middle of a city.! On site restaurant and bar are staffed by caring people and food selections really good. We will definitely come back!

Hotel OK...BUT!! Booked into hotel for 4 nights including breakfast. The hotel is outside the centre in a parkland setting. The bedroom was average. Nothing to complain about but nothing to rave about. ( The wife loved it for a tub..I didn't for the weak shower above tub) The pool is not great and had no shade..not a deal breaker. The thing that was though was the breakfast. We had paid to include breakfast. I got a bowl of not particularly tasty fruit and a small plate of american breakfast with one slice of toast. I spoke to the manager who basically said take it or leave it. Nicely but no movement. So we cancelled the following 3 nights and left. Hilton hotels look into this please..it was not the money but the principal!!
