Hilton but not Hilton Excellent location and service, however didn’t seem Hilton quality. Carpets felt dirty and hotel definitely needs some facelift. Breakfast was very generic with only one kind of white bread and white bagels. Had to wait really long for waffle maker to get available as there was only one and it was weekday and No orange juice. It’s an ok hotel, Not Hilton quality.

Disgusting; TERRIBLE; don’t GO HERE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I called to make a reservation, and this place was the only thing available due to hurricane outages. I arrived to the hotel for my stay and the service was completely nasty all across the board. The hotel room was very disgusting, the sink was dirty and tub/ shower was clogged and the bed had red stains that look like blood. My family and I felt really nasty and disgusted. This is our first time in Texas and it was not appealing at all. I had my newborn baby with me in such uncomfortable and unsanitary conditions. The desk clerk was no where to be found and I spent an hour on the phone with customer service requesting a refund . I really hope Hilton get their hotels up to part and stop taking people money. This place needs to be closed down

Skip this property - safety and cleanliness below par. Get odd numbered room-can see your parked car on the side lot. Don't stay here. Didn't feel safe, room was dirty and the front desk clerk was rude! Parking is out of sight of anything on the east side of the hotel, and after trying to find a space in the very small front lot next to a major highway, you end up walking back to the front desk thru a dark parking lot. There is NOT a side entrance so you can park and then take your luggage up, you either have to unload, then park or take the risks in the back lot or a very dark side lot. On top of that, the front desk clerk didn't have any of room type that I requested in my reservation (and I paid for) and tried to put me on the ground floor. Not a good feelings when you don't feel safe anyway. However, the elevator is such a weird space, maybe it would have been better to be there. The elevator is in a little side room that is around 4 by 4 ft. and at the front next to the check in area. If you have a room on the even side down the hall, too bad if your luggage doesn't roll! Lastly the tub was dirty, the room felt dirty and the thermostat had been ripped off the wall. Just overall not a great experience and worst than most of the other economy grade hotels in the area, and this is supposed to be a mid-grade property. I had stayed here a couple of years back and it was a good property - reliable, clean and acceptable for travel to the industrial park customers behind it. But not now, I'll drive a few miles so I can get a good night's rest.

Sheets were not changed from the previous guest. This hotel was disgusting. When we turned back the bedspread we discovered a long black hair, several short black hairs and a plastic earring back in the bed. We requested a refund and left immediately. I would recommend looking elsewhere for accommodations.

Super Old Hotel. There was only 1 luggage rack for guest to use to bring their belongings to their room. The check-in process was not good at all. The hotel is super old and the atmosphere was dark and did not smell very nice. The floors in the hallways were old and worn. There were dips in the floors and someone could fall or sprain an ankle. Be very careful. The beds were old and uncomfortable to sleep in.
