Staybridge Suites Quantico-Stafford by IHG

Clean The hotel is nicely updated. The beds are comfortable and the rooms spacious. The clientele is typical staybridge so if you are going to be offended by people in their PJs at the breakfast bar, this is not the place for you. I watched more than one family come down, fill 4+ plates full of food and retreat to their room.

Great play to stay! Stayed here for two nights while we were visiting MCB Quantico. Location was great, pool warm, room spacious and staff accommodating. Breakfast was ok but nothing to complain about. Wish there was a bit more room to park. Super close to the museum as well.

My stay: Manager needs to be fired. What a tool. The room itself was great.The only two positive things I had to say about it aside from the room, was the nice lady who upon my last stay exit was super nice after having to check the room to get my deposit back. She as lovely to me and my dog. So were many of the employees. I can't remember all the names. The manger I don't have anything nice to say and believe he was discriminating against me and my dog. Who caused no damage might I add which is what started this war that didn't need to happen. But I'll play I guess. So I stayed here for a few days when I arrived because it's close to my sister on the Marines base in Quantico. The first time no problem at all. Comfy bed and nice room, the elevators were slow but I'll let that be. Second stay I had a day or so before a friend arrived, and then suddenly my reservation was canceled. I was sick so I was already not in a good mood. To make that worse the manager was extremely rude on the phone. Instead of speaking nicely to someone who was paying money to stay here, he was rude basically all due to a false accusation about a previous stay at a hotel where myself and my service dog were discriminated against by the people who said my dog damaged their room. First of all. False. My dog is trained. Carpet in the room was stapled down. My dog was not the one to damage it. But as I was saying this manager here seemed to discriminate against us also. Canceling my stay and basically demanding a cash deposit which luckily I was able to get one. Instead of saying "Hey listen we may need a deposit from you" He was very condescending and rude. You are in charge of a hotel in Stafford/Quantico VA one of the most boring places I have ever been in my life. There's no need for rudeness. Probably an old man who's a republican. Color me shocked. Anyway someone (I guess him) sent someone up to my room to check in (I assume to make sure Bella didn't damage anything) She didn't at all. I personally took my own video before I left. I'm not thrilled with how I was treated by this manager and I am requesting my money back for every stay I had here due to the mistreatment and discrimination. They even canceled the last stay I booked for a week which lost them my business. I wasn't ever a problem to them, or my dog.

Great Place to Stay Just Off I95 North of Fredericksburg, VA My wife and I traveled from North Carolina to Central Virginia for some family activities. We spent two nights at this Staybridge Suites property. The location was convenient to Fredericksburg and surrounding areas. This hotel is very nice. The staff was helpful and friendly and it offers a nice self serve breakfast buffet. We loved our room. It had a nicely equipped efficiency kitchen with full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, two burner stove, sink and coffee pot. The king size bed was very comfortable. It had a nice bathroom with the toilet and shower separate from the sink. It had a nice desk, couch and chair. Everything was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. The flat screen TV was huge!

The parking lot was completely full Stayed here many times. Rooms were very clean & comfortable. Staff was reasonably attentive. 2nd night we were unable to park because there was not 1 empty spot! Parked on the side of a nearby convenience store after checking first with the store clerk. When I told the front desk clerk he barely shrugged. The breakfast was subpar. Scanty selection. Hot food was barely warm, room temp food was frozen. Coffee urns were empty and not replaced. I know everyone is scrambling to run a business, so I’m not super upset, but hope it gets better.
