Quiet, clean hotel. Free breakfast is ok. We stayed here in August 2024 in our way to Tampa for a cruise. Checked in right away and walked into a nice big room with a king bed. Place was spotless and quiet. Dark blinds. Didn’t hear a thing all night long. Had a little sink area outside of the bathroom and a couch area. Breakfast was just ok. We got there late and the place was a wreck. Don’t know how people can get a table that dirty eating breakfast, but staff hadn’t cleaned it yet, so we ate at a dirty table. Other than that, seems like a great hotel. They had a pool and workout area and a place to purchase snacks. Didn’t stick around after breakfast to use anything.

Attended wedding in area We had a King Room. The bed is one of the highest bed I have ever sleep in. Run and jump to get in the bed. I went to the front desk and asked for a step stool for my wife so she could get in our bed. I had also booked two rooms. They could not but us on the same floor. If you like the cinnamon rolls, they ran out on Sat. morning and had none for Sunday. The room was clean.

Clean, decent hotel, not for light sleepers :) The good: Clean hotel, comfortable bed with good pillows, decent shower. (These are the most important things to me, thus 4 stars.) Breakfast offered a good assortment, including biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, pancakes. Not so good: Right off interstate, so highway noise can be heard on occasion. But the most troublesome thing is how loud neighbors are. People above us sounded like horses stampeding at times, could hear phrases of conversation from neighbors. Doors closing, toilets flushing, etc. Thankful it was not a loud, late night group close to us or no one would have been able to sleep. The cost was a bit high considering the lack of soundproofing, which they must be aware of.

Princess I will admit to being a bit of a princess when it comes to sleep. I like the room dark quiet and a comfortable bed. The bed was comfortable on the soft side. The noise from the highway is very loud here maybe a room on the other end of the building would have been quieter. Thankfully we were saved from the highway noise because the noise from the screaming children next door over powered that. We listened in of an hour or so at 11pm as the parents wrestled their children to bed. Then finally put on some headphones to go to sleep. The decorator seems to be a bit spatially challenged and ordered curtains 6 inches too short for the windows. The lights from the parking lot shine through the gap directly to the bed. We stuffed some towels in and were able to block a lot of it. The place was clean enough but musty and woke with some sinus issues. There is no need for an alarm cloak as your neighbors and slamming doors will wake you plenty early. We couldn’t comment on the breakfast because when we got downstairs there was a large crowd of families and we ran past to McDonalds. The check in was efficient and the people were friendly.

Rude Scammers Horrible customer service. The front desk clerks are RUDE and extremely unprofessional. the hotel also over charged my companies card by checking me out daily as I left for work then Re-checking me in once i would return to discover my key did not work. After this incident that took 39 days to correct I and my company decided not to use any Holiday Inn Express hotel moving forward.
