Hotel lied and took my money when I did not stay there. I booked through the Expedia site and we got there and the room was run down and they had NO KITCHEN ITEMS WHATSOEVER. I would NEVER have booked a kitchenette if I had known there were no supplies included. What is the point!? We booked to save money and make our own meals. We were told we could rent stuff or go to Walmart and buy stuff. Are you kidding me!? Upon further inspection, NO SHAMPOO as they "ran out", they did give me an extra bar of soap though...haha... seriously !? Unreal. No hair dryers in the room either. Tub was very run down and the place just needs updating everywhere. We booked 2 nights and right away asked about cancelling our 2nd night for a refund. I was told to talk to the morning staff and SHE CONFIRMED THAT I WOULD GET A REFUND as long as Expedia called and confirmed as well. Both the hotel and Expedia exchanged conversation and said I would get a refund for the 2nd night. We checked out in plenty of time on day 2. I now have come to find out the hotel is denying the refund. This is highly unacceptable and frankly it is theft. This hotel management should be ashamed of themselves. Word of mouth goes a long way, especially on social media these days. Both this hotel and Expedia were a HUGE let down and I am beyond disgusted with it all.

Great place to get away from home for a while! The customer service rep. Faiz was very nice and helpful, he made me feel comfortable and confident about my stay there! He was cool as well. ___________________________________________

Hotel review I really like the staff I stay here with my fiance and children and Steve is awesome to talk to very helpful I enjoy his company _ what I don't like about the hotel is that they no longer have breakfast and got rid of the night shift and made it more annoying to deal with.

Staff at ESTA The staff is very helpful especially Faiz. Whenever I need something he takes care of it promptly. So far my stay here has been pleasant. I’ve been here since April 1st of 2024. I would stay here again if I have to return for work. The company that I work for has an account here.

Nice Time. Was in town for a day for a concert in the area. The front desk worker Faiz was very kind and conversational with me and my guest. The room was a bit underwhelming and was missing some things for our stay but overall had a nice time and recommend this for a quick stay.
