satisfied the hotel has pretty much all you need, although they were transferring to a newly built hotel, i have to say i had more than i expected. and the food was good, breakfast very nice, the staff were helpful and congenial. and the bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet. a good stay

Good Family Hotel Close to Franciscan University and is family friendly. They have a nice breakfast bar for the family to enjoy. The facilities are older but are clean. Staff is friendly. Express checkout is a plus so you don't have to go down to front desk to checkout when you have little kids.

Best Value in the Ohio Valley this hotel is consistently clean. The staff always makes it a point to greet each time I pass them in the hallways. I appreciate the fact that the hotel does not price gouge during special events at the University.

Feel like you are part of a family I have a daughter who is a freshman at Franciscan University, so I have stayed at this hotel for visits. The staff make you feel like you are part of their family, even remembering my name. They are extremely pleasant and accommodating. Can't ask for anything more. For the cost, the rooms are spacious, clean, and there has never been an issue with noise. Highly recommended.
