Executive Inn Stillwater

Don’t come here Sat in the office when I arrived for 30 minutes with nobody greeting me. Eventually I got a text telling me my room number and the code for the door. Had it not been on refundable I would have already left at this point . There were sketchy people sitting in the parking lot smoking weed and being loud / eye sore. My rooms door didn’t lock except if you were inside and deadbolt it , so my belongings weren’t safe. There are warnings all over the office like “ if you turn the ac below 70 degrees it will freeze and we will fine you”. Then I get into my room and the ac is set to o 62 degrees . I stay in cheap motels all the time and this is the worst one I’ve seen in years. When I checked out there was still never anyone in the office so I never saw a single employee at this place.

Terrible place to stay..Disgusting Worse stay. Room was 222 for the night, only place in the area available due to OSU graduations, No one to help at the front desk, Stairs to our room out of order. Mismatched old towels thrown on the bed. Curtain rod almost falling off the wall. Carpet on the bottom of the wall torn and missing in areas. Bathroom door falling apart, unable to close, bathtub dirty and it wasnt due to it being old, it was sticky. The TV didnt work and we asked 3x for help with this and no one ever came by to at least say sorry we dont have another tv or anyone to fix it right now or I probably wouldnt even be writing this review right now. AC kept going out throughout the night so I had to keep getting up to mess with it. The lamp was cracked & old. The smoke detecter was broken. I did say if they dont refund my money I would write a bad review and their response was are you threating us? Airbnb will just remove your review then said that the room was fine before we got there which was a complete lie. Unprofessional & Rude.

Waiting for Code at Front Desk Hi. We are here at the front desk with 5 other guests — unknown to us. We are all waiting for a receptionist: 4/26 at 10.52 PM. There is no one here to give us our passcode. It’s late and we’d like to get our room. We are tired. This is the weirdest AirBnB ever.

S*** Show Absolutely disgusting. •Feces on the shower curtains •Bugs •Urine smell •No clear check in instructions •Customer service just gaslights you •Woman kept knocking on our door, told me she was looking for her daughter, told my wife she was looking for her house keeper Thank god I got a refund. Just make the drive to Perry.

Absolutely awful "apartment". Bates Motel beats this place. Booked "apartment" for family for 2 weeks in August. Arrived and place was dirty, smokey, stank of weed, had broken light switches and unclean linen. A partition door fell off in my hand. I have been refused a refund and my emails are not answered. 4 months later I'm taking legal action to recover the cost that was paid up front. This place is a health and safety nightmare. Door locks are defective and one of the reasons I turned around and walked away despite it being 2 am after international flights. Looks good on web. Awful in the flesh.
