Decent stay. This hotel is located just off I-5. The lobby was clean and the clerks were very friendly. This hotel does allow pets (dog at least). However, the dogs that stayed next to us were left alone and had terrible anxiety, which included them crying, barking, and howling for several hours. We don't know the policies about animals in this hotel, but I can tell you it has cured me from staying in any hotel that allows animals. Don't get me wrong, I love animals, but when they are put in a strange room and then left alone, it can be very traumatic for them. When traveling with your animal, please be considerate of those around you and stay with your pets or take them with you. When we arrived, we had a long day driving and it was difficult. We both wanted to take a nap, but the dogs (yes, there were two), were barking, crying, and howling for hours. There are quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am, but again our neighbors left the dogs alone at 5:00 am. We were rudely awakened by the dogs voicing their angst. We got up, packed and left well before we were ready. Enough said. I would suggest that this ESA either make it so there are areas or floors strictly dedicated to animals. The room itself was clean with a kitchenette, including a full refrigerator, hot plate, sink, and microwave. However, and I think they should have mentioned this on their website, no utensils, cooking equipment, or anything else (dishwashing liquid, sponge, etc.) are there to use. You need to bring your own. Luckily Safeway is close. There is no hair dryer, so bring your own. We asked for an ADA room, which still had a tub/shower, but had a lot of grab bars to assist. There is a wonderful Chinese restaurant right there in the adjacent parking lot. David Wong's is a great place to relax and dine. Really good food, reasonable prices, and very friendly service.

Not recommended. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was sufficiently clean. However, the city relocated several families into this hotel after an apartment fire and the hallways reek of curry being cooked inside the rooms. My room smelled so strongly of onions that my eyes hurt. Running the bathroom fan got rid of most of it. There is a kitchenette but no pots or pans to cook with. The bed was a bit hard and the pillows were thin. The bathroom was clean and decent but the water pressure was very low and there was no shampoo available. The parking lot was too small and sketchy people walked through it at all hours. Overall, not a good deal for the price.

Almost perfect. This place is excellent!! I have been visiting my grandma here for a few months now and they keep it very clean and professional looking. The service is good and the workers here are very sweet. It is located near a gorgeous plaza with lots of food and other needs. Would recommend staying here especially on this side of stockton.

Excellent Customer Service Akeena was the one that stood out to me the most. She would say hi, have a good day, good morning and make you feel welcome. She would always go above and beyond and has pride in her work and customer service skills. She makes you feel welcomed and comfortable! She’s the BEST!!!!!!!
