A horricle Saturday night One of the worst hotel experiences I have had. We arrived at the hotel around 5 pm on a Saturday after a long drive through the mountains in heavy rain and wind.. Shortly after checking in a church group set up a pop up meal station in the parking lot right outside our door, complete with loud music and repeated announcements over a loudspeaker. It was so loud we could not hear the TV in our room. When I asked them to turn down the music, I was told it was "Christian music" as a justification. When my wife and another guest went to complain at the office, they were told that the group was there by agreement with the owner/manager and there was nothing he could do. He also said the lobby was closing at 6 pm and there would be no access to water or coffee until the next morning. I also discovered that the ice machine was turned off and was controlled by reception, which was closed. After about 2 hours, the church group packed up and left, but the evening and our stay had been ruined by that time. It is inexcusable and unconscionable that the operator of a hotel would have such disregard and lack of consideration for paying customers. The whole purpose of a hotel is to provide a comfortable and restful place for travelers. In this regard, the Stockton Red Roof Inn failed miserably.

Work trip Ignore the negatives for this hotel. I’d definitely stay here again. It’s right off the I5 across from the canal. I stayed on the 3rd floor away from the freeway. Remember no hotel is perfect. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. The shower has marble sounding tile. Nice. This hotel even has a continental breakfast. Caesar was very helpful and engaging. He opened the door with a smile.

Amazing customer service! Nice clean rooms not too far away from downtown area . Staffs are very friendly and Great customer service at the front desk. I was greeted and helped by America ! Shes was very respectful and helpful.

Good night sleep Quiet stay nice room no complaints. Very nice customer service at the front desk. We had a problem with hot water but the were willing to accommodate & or even change rooms. But the water was fine so we decided to stay after all.

Awesome stay Clean Loved the stay room was great and CLEAN which is my number one to look for in staying somewhere. Staff was super nice Fabiola was amazing ar helping us. So was Rosita! Only thing is bring $50 CASH for a deposit to the room when you stay easy to get back don't trash the room lol. It was a great stay would recommend this place to family
