Excellent The facility and surrounding area were very clean. Our room was very clean and bed very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and thanks to the chief. Also like to give kudos to Debbie at the front desk. Just the right professional to manage the facility. Debbie, always smiling, respectful, kind, and overall just the right person you want greet you upon arrival. Kudos to Debbie

Home away from Home This Hotel would be in my tops 5 list of favorite Hotels. Not only is it local but The staff are great. I checked in at the last min and Ms.Debbie made sure she found me something, she is so friendly and helpful.She really makes you feel welcomed. The beds are so comfortable you just get swallowed up. In my time of need right now,I can definitely can count on Ms.Debbie to be there to help.

Living and learning while loving every bit. The national HBCU convention of the goats, greats, wise and pupils. I actually had the time of my life at this place. The freshest air I’ve ever been in with a beautiful, soul filling atmosphere. Everybody around me seemed to be having an amazing time and while on this business trip the infectious happiness was mutual between colleagues and strangers alike. The staff always had what I needed and if they didn’t, they knew where to point me to find it. If there was no way to get to it, staff let me know in the most polite way. Thank you for having me.

Was going to be great! I had a great stay! It was just as I expected. Clean, good breakfast and friendly staff. Then, the trouble began….I let the front desk person at the hotel know I wanted to pay for a room for one of our employees coming into town. The front desk told me I could pay through Expedia so that’s what I did. Then when my employee tried to check in , the same front desk person who told me what to do, told my employee that she couldn’t check in without a $250 deposit. I had to stop what I was doing now to fill out another form. This is happening when the room was already paid for! Then the front desk locked my employee out of her room with all her stuff in it. Apparently I must have missed the 3 digit code when leaving my card info for the $250 deposit. I will not be staying there again nor will I book any of my employees in there. I’m moving the employee to the Lawrenceville location. The Lawrenceville location did not need a $250 deposit. I booked It through Expedia and all was good!

Debbie's Outstanding Service The customer service that was provided by Debbie was awesome. She went above and beyond on March 16, 2024 to accommodate myself and family members to ensure we enjoyed ourselves. We asked to use the lobby breakfast area to sit and chat with family and friends for a while. Instead of the family being in the lobby, Debbie made the conference room available to us and our family members. Debbie was not just helpful, but she provided outstanding service with a smile friendly demeanor. She gets a 5 star rating from me and should be recognized by her employer for being a joyful person to interact with. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to family, friends, and fellow coworkers. WAY TO GO DEBBIE, YOU ARE AWESOME!!!!! _____
