I loved the staff and even more, the beautiful comfy room. It made me say "i wanna go home" referring to it. I highly recommend staying in this hotel.

No way !!!! This is the worst 5 stars hotel I have ever seen, really poor location, surrounded by building, swimming pool is dirty, littered with branches and leaves. The service is deplorable, and the team, the manager and director is just so arrogant !!! I missed so many hotel in Strasbourg with at least a pleasant location.

An excellent experience This recommendable and small hotel is very nicely located just a few steps from the Orangerie Park and only a ten minute taxi ride away from the city center. Located next to various embassy and consulates it is in a very safe and quit neighborhood. The furnishings are very inviting and the hotel is tastefully decorated with art. Service is excellent and very friendly, making you feel welcome and comfortable. The room we had was spacious with a Jacuzzi and very comfortable beds. The ladies at the front desk also service the bar, which is small but functional. We didn't feel a difference to a five star location and felt that the price-value relationship is acceptable. we would definitely return. As we had only a short stay, we did not use the spa installations, heard positive from other guests. Breakfast was excellent with large variety and an excellent and personal service.

Not a five star boutique hotel Upon arrival we were greeted by three young ladies at the front desk. They took care of the luggage themselves and one of them showed us our way to our room. The room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The dominant colours were white and beige, my favourite colours. We stayed 4 nights and during our stay, room service was limited to two dishes... Cheese macaroni or salmon lasagna. Period. I didn't quite understand why it was so limited and the young ladies couldn't quite give a good explanation. On the other hand, breakfast is good, there is a buffet with delicious food and the coffee is exceptional. Front desk is very helpful and quick to provide any service. The pool is very small and surrounded by trees so forget tanning. The lobby is a big living room with one or two couches ( I don't remember frankly) and that's it. Like I said, it's a boutique hotel with good service but with limited means. Having said that, I would probably stay again at the Villa Novarina when in Strasbourg.

Not 5 star but nice enough Recently stayed for two nights and had a lovely time. The reason I have said it is only average is because it certainly isn't 5 star as advertised although still very nice. The service was OK although they could have been much more helpful when asked about local restaurants etc. The pool is tiny and surrounded by trees so in the shade most of the time. The spa facilities are ok but nothing special. The air conditioning was very noisy and when we asked to get it fixed nothing was done about it. Apart from the above the room was very nice, clean and only a 10 minute walk into the wonderful city.
