A place to sleep, but little more This was a stop off point on a journey between Orlando and Miami. We can’t think of any positives apart from the manager on checkin offering to put us close to an ice machine. The room was dated, there was noise from other rooms, smoke came under the door from neighbours smoking outside, and the breakfast was very limited. We could see why it had been cheap to book into last minute.

The Longest Night I booked this hotel through my company for a one night turn around based on a terrific photo of the place most likely taken years ago. Any landscaping that was shown has long dried up. The checkin area is dark and depressing along with the awful breakfast hole adjacent to it. In all fairness, Cristal, at the front desk was extremely personable. But from there the experience went downhill. The place is ready for the bulldozer. Walls are super thin. We heard doors slamming all night and large banging noises above us. The place is full of very sketchy characters that the desk hinted were full timers? Looked like a rehab facility. The windows are paper thin as well and offer no security. And they have plastic baby pads under the sheets presumably to protect the mattresses from god knows what that crinkle all night. Ashtrays outside the door full of butts. Tiki bar and restaurant taped off with crime scene tape. Much more but you get the idea. Pool look very nice but we weren’t there to swim. Avoid this place!

Double charged my card and would not resolve The hotel was okay until I realized they double charged my card for two rooms. I booked and paid for my room in February. When I checked out for my stay in March, they charged my card again. They claimed it was for my brother's room, but I did not approve the use of my charge for his room. I tried to get a refund, but the would not even acknowledge that they erroneously used my card on another room. I would avoid staying here.

Very poor customer service, domestic fight broke out, lack of sleep Our stay started off with us tired after long drive. We checked in around 8pm only to hear the neighbors through the thin walls. We wanted to sower and get some rest before having to get up very early for business event that we were in town for. There was 3 of us registered and found only two small towels. Called to front desk for more towels and told someone would bring some. After 30 minutes no one had came. Called back asked again. Waited again…. Still no one came Called back third time and was told room service had ended and no one to bring towels we would have to come to front desk to get them, but girl was getting off shift and would bring them in a few minutes. Finally got towels and was going to start showers when a fight broke out in the next room between a man and woman. After it getting really heated we called back to front desk and told about fight, didn’t know if we should call police or what. Was told they would take care of. Employee showed up to their door within a couple minutes then police showed up. We called the front desk and asked to be moved to a different room was put on hold. The third time calling and asked to be moved because we didn’t feel safe to stay in the room in case the man came back with a gun or something, we were told both people were being removed from the room. Finally after 3 hours at 1am of the whole disturbance the people finally got all their belongings and left with the police. We asked the manager what they could do for us for the disturbance and he told us to go to sleep and he would talk to us in the morning and hung up the phone. Upon checking out we told the woman at the front desk about the night before and we only got a couple hours of sleep because of the whole situation. We asked what they could do to compensate us for the major disruption. She didn’t say a word, she picked up her calculator and then proceeded to say she refunded the $100 deposit (which we would get back anyway) and took of $16.79. That’s it? WHAT A JOKE! No concern or compassion. She states those people had been there 3-4 months and she didn’t know what happened? It was not our fault we asked to be moved at the beginning of the whole thing and was ignored. We were so tired and had a long day ahead of us and a long drive home that night. It ruined our whole trip!

Not good This hotel is a mixed experience. We stayed for 2nights our room was fine clean and comfortable. Our issue was the so called breakfast or what there was of it No information regarding the times breakfast was available. Both mornings we found only toast cereals coffee and juice when there was a pancake machine which did not seem to be working and evidence of the ability to offer hot selections To be fair we were given a refund for the breakfast issue we had. My advice avoid this place
