Some good, some bad. OK overall, with some shortcomings Pros: 1. Awesome bed and pillows. 2. Large shower, good water pressure and hot water. 3. Separate living area with sleeper sofa 4. Good-size fitness room with pelotons etc. but see cons. 5. Breakfast included 6. Pet friendly (why we booked it) 7. COLD a/c. 8. ample outlets throughout the room. Cons: 1. Bathroom door hits toilet so it's kinda cramped. 1.5 Closet kind of half-hidden in bathroom. Has a half-door so it's hard to reach in to retrieve items. 2. The "Lakeview room" is a bit of a scam. The window is by the bed area, so to see the lake, you have to sit on the far edge of the bed. And the window is NOT clean. 3. Ice machine not working on 6th floor. Water fountains by restrooms on first floor not working. 4. Pelotons in fitness center don't seem to be setup. There was a message on screen "Enter Admin code". So I didn't know how to proceed to workout. Could be I don't know how to use the system. 5. Housekeeping in hallway seems to THRIVE on slamming doors and hollering amongst themselves. We were here for medical treatment and needed our rest. Even under other circumstances, it's astonishing that hotel housekeeping does this. I suspect it may stop going forward after the verbal beatdown I gave them, and the manager, and hyatt.com. 6. Rear of hotel faces the 'lake' and this is the dogwalk area. There's a pergola structure, but it is an open frame...no cover. So when it's raining, and you have to take your dogs out, you and your dogs are gonna get soaked, especially when you spend a minute or two fumbling with the hard-to-work entry key machine. 7. The TV system is from the 1970's. The "Guide" is just a table of channels like 3 ABC 4 NBC 5 CBS etc. There is zero program information. So you have to switch to a channel to see what's on, then back to the "Guide" (and it takes a minute) to choose another channel. Even when you're watching something, and hit "Info" on the remote, the popup says "No information". Absolutely the most useless "Guide" I've seen. 8. A/C vents are only along the front of the room (living area). Zero vents in the back half of the room (bed, bathroom). So it's a little warmer (but not bad) in the back half of the room.
