Worst hotel on the planet Old blunt wrappers under the mattress. Mattresses aren’t wrapped and they are piss yellow. All the pillows have stains on them. The curtains had blood on them food smeared on the wall of the room. The actual wood framing on the wall it’s falling off. Air conditioner barely worked. The room I stayed in hasn’t had the back of the beds cleaned up in atleast ten years. All the hallways smelt like piss. People partying. Tobacco stains running down the walls. For the amount you are charging (110$ a night) I should take this place to court. I live in dc and have stayed at some of the worst hotels on the planet but this one takes the cake at #1. Management needs to be fired and replaced along with all the cleaning staff because they obviously are getting paid to do absolutely nothing. If I could give it a 0 I would.

The worst experience in my life!!! Please do not stay at this hotel! It’s smells awful, it’s run down and not managed professionally! I booked a room @ Holliday Dr, Summerville SC on 03/24/23! The carpet was torn, the walls needed painting, looks like pimps and prostitutes were staying there! But to top it all off they double booked my room and at 12:45 in the morning someone was trying to enter into my room! When I called the front desk they were very rude and said it was not their fault! This is how people get killed accidentally! This was dangerous in so many was! What if I wasn’t there and my key was given to someone? They could have potentially stole my expensive belongings! It took them a long time to refund my money and when they finally refunded my money they called the police and had me removed from my room! At 1:30am in the morning I had to find another place to stay! I’m from out of town here to perform at a wedding in Charleston! I will never stay at this chain of hotels again!!!! The worst experience ever in my entire life!!!! I ended up booking a trim at the comfort Inn right up the street and it was so much better! Only a year old, clean neat, fresh paint, wonderful smell, great customer service at the front desk!

Never will stay here again The General manager of this property is a piece of work. Very disrespectful. She will yell at you and threaten you. Then when you call corporate on her for the disrespect she lies and says she wasn't rude but the customer was rude. I wouldn't recommend this location based off the actions and threats from the general manager here. She will also lie to you when you ask questions about your room and reservation. This experience had been the worst, I have never experienced something so awful at any choice hotel locations. Corporate also dropped the ball on this one partially. The one star however was earned by the General Manager.

Avoid Awful. This hotel is disgusting. The room smelled like mildew, the place is entirely run down, it looks nothing like the photos. We are not picky travelers but this was unacceptable. We ended up going next door to the Wyndham. Hopefully we we’ll get our money back for the reservation.

STAY AWAY, BUYER BEWARE, THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!!! STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY: they put my 84-year old disabled father in a regular room despite our paid-in-full reservation for a disability room! Dad had just sold his home, was exhausted and had nowhere else otherwise I would have told their ignorant and rude staff where to shove it. Called the next morning to tell them he was checking out and they REFUSE to refund his money! What kind of business scams the elderly, the disabled and veterans. Besides that the facility is rundown and seedy and the rooms are filthy and smell horrible.
