Horrible stay, pathetic breakfast Horrible stay, Horrible breakfast. The light between our one rooms bed didn't work. We were told they would switch our rooms as long as we didn't touch the beds yet. The breakfast was pathetic. Would not recommend this location what so ever.

Worst hotel I’ve stayed in my whole life Found a roach in the room bad customer service and bad rooms room was dirty shower was dirty basically everything was dirty DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL if u stay there get your money back immediately they had mold coming out of the showers and they threatened to kick me and my mom and my autistic sister and my baby brother out bc they put us in a room we didn’t want and the neighboring rooms are rude 0/10 never staying in that damn hotel again

Skip this one The breakfast is a glorified Continental breakfast, no protein. We are both handicapped and even though there is hardly anybody there that put us down at the end of the hall, think it had to do with us using points instead of paying cash. Clearwater ceiling leaks in the hallway.

Horrible HORRIBLE experience. I booked and paid via booking.com, when I arrived at the hotel the man at the front desk asked for my card for to hold 30$ deposit. Well I looked on my bank account n turns out he charged me for the whole stay again, he apologized n told me the manager would be in at 11:30pm and would give me a refund by morning. Well the next morning I woke up n didn’t have a refund so I went n asked the front desk again and they said the manager would be in at 9, well 9 came n went n no manager. I tried to speak to the lady at the front desk but she was very RUDE and unprofessional, she kept laughing at my concerns about getting a refund. The lady at the front desk refused to help us in any way she wouldn’t even call the manger or anything. ( also we wasn’t the only couple this happened to it happened to another couple while we was leaving). They front desk lady kept laughing n rolling her eyes. We didn’t get to see or speak to the manager till the police arrived on scene to take care of it. Overall horrible. The pool also smells like the zoo _ n the shower curtain had mold on it.

Smelly room Staff was pleasant. That is the best I can say. The room we booked through Booking.com was a king room and we were exhausted and road weary. Otherwise we would have turned around and asked for our money back. The room smelled horribly. Like a cross between mildew and mold. It was awful. Plenty of other hotels in the area to choose from. I would skip this one.
