Steer clear of the Derby golf course as it’s a car crash Whilst the Brabazon golf course was amazing the Derby the exact opposite apart from the greens. Bunkers cordoned off. Fairways in poor condition and not appealing or pleasurable to play. Hotel was fine but bathrooms needed some attention. Overcharged twice in Sam’s bar! When I complained at the golf shop I said do you need my name and room number… the said NO… profits over customer service will only last so long… will not be going there next year…

Excellent spa day - great value and worth every penny Brilliant experience at the Spa. Great facilities, loved the fire and ice rooms, a fab selection of different experiences plus an extra large jacuzzi which was mostly empty when we were using. Food at lunchtime was so tasty and to top it off we both had incredible treatments from Maisie & Aimee.

Fire n’ ice, and all things nice One of my favourite places to come for a spa. The fire and ice experience is great and it makes for something more than just sitting by the pool. This was my first time alone and I was more than happy to be there on my own there was plenty of spaces to retreat to. I had a lovely massage and facial with Chloe and she was brilliant, really enjoyed it. The lunch was nice I preordered from what they had to offer and treated myself to a fruity non alcoholic cocktail. So there was only one thing that I didn’t like, but this did not impact the number of stars I left because this isn’t the spa that can do anything about its other spa users. I wanted to spend time reading on the day beds reading listening to the tranquil music take in the aromatherapy and relaxing, they use the quite space as an area to collect people for their spa experiences and most respected it was a quiet space but there were a few groups that didn’t, I completely get you are on a spa with your pals and you want to catch up, but please do it in areas not designated quiet, there are so many other spaces you can use and we can all enjoy the spa. Please be kind and courteous to other users, we all just want to enjoy our day without a confrontation about it. Hopefully you all don’t encounter any issues it’s not a reflection on the spa. You’d get people who don’t think of others anywhere, I was just unlucky this time but have been other times and it was not a problem

Best spa hotel I’ve ever been! Had a facial here, and it was lovely! My massage was done by Memunar and she was very caring and considerate! She made me feel very comfortable as this was my first visit here. She gave me the options of looking after my skin etc which was also lovely! Hotel itself is beautiful, very clean and staff are beyond helpful - nothing is too big or small. Food is amazing and very nutritional although some drinks were a bit overpriced. 100% recommend!
