rooms were clean overall view excellent I must say I was truly impressed with the service for breakfast. The cooks were Rose and Willie. I must say they kept it going. The food was excellent. The omelettes was superb. My mother talked about it all day. Great job teamwork The hostel staff was very friendly very helpful

Nice We had a wonderful experience it was very clean we met Candi and she was just full of love and she helped us through out our stay she's amazing. We will be back soon hopefully Candi is there to gv us a wonderful experience again. ThBk u again embassy for everything

Exceptional Customer Service by Mytran Tran Dear Hilton Tampa Downtown Management, I wanted to take a moment to highlight the extraordinary service provided by one of your team members, Mytran Tran. In a time where exceptional customer service is becoming rare, Mytran's dedication and kindness truly stand out. My daughter was in town to take her bar exam, which required her to be at the convention center by 7:30 am. With a 10-minute walk from the hotel, we needed to have breakfast ready before 7:00 am. When we explained our situation to Mytran, she didn't hesitate to offer her assistance. She arranged to come in early each morning to prepare breakfast for my daughter, even giving us her personal cell number to ensure everything was ready on time. This thoughtful gesture provided us peace of mind and allowed my daughter to focus on her exams. Mytran's actions went above and beyond typical customer service. She demonstrated genuine care and concern for our needs, making our stay at the Hilton Tampa Downtown a truly exceptional experience. Employees like Mytran are invaluable, and I hope the Hilton recognizes and rewards her for her outstanding commitment to guest satisfaction. I will be sharing this positive experience on multiple review sites, as Mytran's exceptional service deserves to be acknowledged far and wide. Went for the convention.... paid $1100 for the bugs and cold water everyday Went for the convention.... paid $1100 for the bugs and cold water everyday and then still had to come home and call and nag them to get it added to my "Hilton Honors" account. Valet was $45 a night and if you want you car it is an 1 hour wait minimum to get it. Granted this was during a large convention, but they knew for months this was coming and still it was this bad just at the valet. The front desk people were pleasant and we reported the bug problem and cold water in the room everyday and it appeared nothing was done about it as nothing changed. Nothing was offered to reduce the bill and had people we know in other rooms close by that had no problems getting hot water and no bugs. We tried different times of the day as well and it was never hot. The restaurant and its staff we nice and tasted good, the hotel staff were friendly, and we choose it and enjoyed being close to the convention center, but is was miserable taking freezing showers everyday as a family and the bugs were just gross.

Don’t stay here if you have a car!! Don’t stay at this hotel if you have a car!! Not only is it valet only at $45 per night but it takes over an hour to get your car every time you want to take it out. On top of that the staff is not helpful about the situation because they contract the parking out to a different company. I told the manager he is still responsible and it needs to change. The rooms were fine but the air conditioning struggled to keep up, especially in the common areas.
