Emerald Greens Hotel Condo Resort

Great extended stay at Emerald Greens!! I stayed at Emerald Greens for 6 weeks in Aug and Sept 2023, while having treatment at the nearby Moffitt Cancer Center. I had various family members with me during the stay, so needed a two bedroom, two bath condo with a kitchen and living area and Emerald Greens was perfect. Given the relationship with the Carrollwood Country Club, the facility includes a fully equipped gym, an outstanding pool, like 25 meters, so great for laps or just for fun, tennis courts and even golf (for a reasonable greens fee). It made my stay much easier and gave family members many things to do, basically like staying in a resort!! And the staff and other residents throughout the facility were super friendly and helpful. Special thanks though to David the property manager and Brian in the office who dealt with everything we needed happily and quickly! In the future we hope to come back for a golf weekend!!

Not a good experience Over all centrally located place to stay however there are some issues, pool is used majority of time for community lap swimming (not just from condo) and not available to guest, splash pad is filthy and was not cleaned once during our stay. There is a on site grill, but hours are basically when ever they decide to open and close, maintenence staff is rude , called all three after hours numbers no one answers or returns calls, The furniture is dated and worn out, kitchen cabinet door under sink was falling off, Master bath sinks drain slow. Unit was not clean, clothes in dryer from another renter, coffee grounds left in coffee pot who knows when, and carpet /floors so dirty your socks or feet get dirty on bottom. No one was avaable to discuss these issues and again certainly do not answer phone. We stayed 3 nights in 213 will not recommend but will share experience it family , friends and customers.

Emerald Greens is Emerald Excellence What a great stay. We booked a block of rooms thru our contact Dean Baker who was amazing. He was there to help thru many questions over the long weekend. The condos are great and the location for our event was awesome. The pool area is nice and the club on the property was great for food and drinks

Five star service from planning through check out I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Emerald Greens Condo Resort as part of a 12 lady, 3 day two night Girls Golf Getaway. I am the group organizer and had multiple properties to choose from when planning this getaway. Putting my trust in JR at Emerald Greens was the best decision I have made in years. Our getaway was a glowing success and that success was because of the exceptional customer service we received from JR and his affiliates! The condo resort property has all the amenities necessary to fulfill everyone's individual wants and needs. The condos themselves are clean, well equipped and laid out such that each occupant has their privacy. We enjoyed the associated golf course, Carrollwood Country Club as well during our stay - Pine to Cypress rotation. That experience too was fantastic! The employees there went out of there way to make us feel welcome and ascertain that we enjoyed our round. Shout out to the club for the free bottled waters provided during what was an unseasonably warm day ~ even to Florida standards. The golf course itself was in great condition and presented a challenge without being over the top difficult because of the multiple tee boxes to choose from. Thank you again to Emerald Greens Condo Resort and JR for assisting to organize a getaway that will provide pleasant memories to reflect upon for years to come! BTW...we are already in the process of planning our next getaway at Emerald Greens Condo Resorts ~ that in itself speaks volumes!!

Florida golf at its best! Our regular golf foursome was looking for a venue that we hadn’t tied and we picked the Tampa area. Glad we did! Emerald Greens was perfect; a beautiful facility,wonderful accommodations, excellent staffing and a location close to top rated courses. Their Golf Manager, JR Pfeuffer, coordinated seven days of golf for us on courses designed by people like Dye, Jones, Palmer and Fazio. He handled all the billing; all we had to do was show up...super easy! Lots of near by dining options. Our guys kept asking “when are we coming back?”
