Great overall experience Had a wonderful experience and enjoyed our stay. Convenient shuttle service to Tampa International Airport, great staff, clean, comfortable rooms. Nice comfortable gym to work out and pool. Great location and many options within walking distance.

Hilton can do better Ongoing renovations, cramped rooms/halls/lobby, towels/bedding that while clean had peculiar odor, no charger connection, and noisy plumbing put this Hampton at the bottom of my favorite’s list.  But not all bad:  wonderful drivers provided transportation to/from TIA and front desk staff very welcoming.   Hilton, you can do better.

Great location We stayed here for several nights. It's a nice hotel close to the airport, with easy access to the highway. We would definitely stay again. Breakfast was adequate and room was spacious. The staff was nice enough. The best thing about it, is the location.

dont bother coming by car if you have limited mobility the hotel has one handicap spot in a tiny parking lot. they have a multitier overflow parking lot nearby in which you have to park on second floor, which has no handicap parking places as they are all on the first floor where you cant park. the hotel is typical hampton ho hum.

PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE- RENOVATIONS ARE DUE TO FLOODING This was one of the WORST hotel experiences I have ever had. I have never had issues with a Hilton or Hampton Inn property until my recent stay at this hotel. They are now claiming that the hotel is undergoing reservations, but it is not true. Upon our arrival, they let us know that there was severe flooding and that they were operating at 20% capacity as the overwhelming majority of rooms were affected by the flood. We were greeted by construction crews everywhere, industrial grade dehumidifiers that ran all night, exposed wires coming through open ceiling tiles, and drop cloth/plastic coverings everywhere. They claimed that they offered the option to cancel at no charge, but at that point it was too late. There were no other hotels available, and there were no managers on call for those guests who arrived later in the evening. I even overheard conversations with guests with reservations where they no longer had rooms for them. The communication and facility ARE TERRIBLE. They are now claiming that these are upgrades when it totally isn't. If you have an upcoming stay, don't bother! FIND ANOTHER HOTEL TO GO TO, and start looking NOW! The renovations are repairs for the flood damage, and you will be surrounded by noise, and filth. I have been working on getting a refund for our stay for over a month for this stay and management is claiming that they provided enough notice by a small banner posted on their website about "renovations," and that refunds will not be given. They are saying it is the guest's responsibility to check the website to make sure their reservation and the hotel is okay. This is absolutely unacceptable, and not a normal guest experience and management is hiding behind "we told them we were undergoing renovations". Don't be fooled by the banner, this is NOT a slight renovation, and you will be disappointed.
