Great time great value! We arrived at airport in Tampa the day before our cruise and called hotel as directed for shuttle and we're met at shuttle area within 30 minutes of call by Jamar. Jamar was friendly and knowledgeable, loaded our luggage and took us to hotel. Jamar answered many questions and told us about different areas we drove through. First shuttle driver ever that asked us to wear our seat belts! Safety first! Also told us about restaurants and shopping in the area. Arrived at hotel prior to check in time, we were going to go get lunch till check in, but instead we were cheerfully checked right into our room by Sue- she noticed we had alot of luggage and cheerfully offered a first floor room. At this time we also signed up for shuttle to and frombthe port 10 bucks each way! Very affordable! Room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed! There were 4 of us so we did ask for 2 extra pillows and the manager Brenda, brought them to us also asking if everything was alright and did we need anything else. Very friendly and attentive! Talked to her many times in passing not for problems she is just always checking on the property and people staying there! Hotel has a beautiful pool that we didn't use this stay, but looks very serene and peaceful also very clean! Slept well woke up and went to breakfast where Linda met us and let us know what there was and asked if she could help with anything, they had waffles, egs and bacon, cereal, juices, coffee, fruit, bread and bagels, very good variety! Finished breakfast, grabbed luggage, and Jamar was waiting at the shuttle to whisk us away to the Carnival Paradise for my Granddaughters graduation cruise! He loaded everything drove to the port and unloaded and we were off! We returned after the cruise, called for the shuttle-Jamar picked us up and took us back for our second night. We arrived, he unloaded us, this was at 11 and they cheerfully checked us in again before checkin time. This time we were given a 2nd floor room not my first pick but no complaints. We went out and grabbed our luggage and we're headed upstairs when the manager Brenda ran out and said I seen all your luggage I have a 1st floor room if you want it! Brenda is so attentive of the property, her guests and her co workers! It was a delight to work with all of them! We did use the pool this time, it was amazing and so peaceful! Great value, just over a hundred dollars for 4 of us! Would give 20 stars if I could!

Best place to stay in the Tampa area One of the best hotels I stay at the staff is excellent polite, courteous they go out of their way to help you rooms are always clean. The breakfast is phenomenal making it to my go to spot every time I go to Busch Gardens will not stay anywhere else.

A wonderful stay during the hurricane. Tropical storm Debbie was coming to the Tampa area. We decided to fly down a couple of days earlier to make sure we would get onboard our cruise ship. Booked this hotel the night before. From the moment we walked in the door, the vibe was one of helpfulness and great customer service. Jamar went above and beyond to assist me with an Uber Eats delivery that was delivered to another place. Sue was very helpful with answering questions about our delayed cruise departure. Linda at breakfast was such a gem! Very friendly and you could tell she was very proud of her breakfast duties. The hotel itself is older but so very clean! Hubby and I both slept so very well on such a great mattress and pillows. All in all, a very great hotel experience!!

Quality Stay at the Quality Inn Very clean, comfy room. Perfect homebase for a tourist like me. Of special note was Linda, the kind woman who prepared & serviced the hot breakfast station. She really cared about her patrons, and she made sure we were all fed & happy with the well-stocked, clean dining area. They also held my late, late weekend check-in, something not all hotels do. Sue was also very helpful, too!
