It was ok, fit what we needed. Attended a concert, property ok. It fit what needed. Also, when we called for Uber, it would not pick us up at hotel, it stated we would be picked up like a block away. Not sure if that is on Uber.

Wyndham Should Be Embarrassed! I have stayed in many, many hotels as travel is how I make my living. I don't think I have stayed in a worse hotel than this one! If I could rate it lower, I would. Lets start with the good: The room itself was relatively clean with lots of towels and air conditioning and wi-fi that worked. That's it...there's nothing more to speak positively about. The downside is extensive. Upon checking in at 7:00pm, the cleaning cart was still sitting in the hallway and was still there when I went to bed at 10pm. The front desk clerk had to walk down the hallway to see if our room was even cleaned: That's FOUR hours after check-in. The hallway carpet was FILTHY with dirt and even a used bandaid on the carpet. One of the employees had their belly hanging out of the bottom of their t-shirt, and another one had a conversation with a guest and made a rude comment to the guest. Bottom line, the hotel is having a hard time staffing their property with staff that take any pride in their work. Breakfast was advertised to be available from 6-9am. By the time we left at 7:30 there was still nothing out except orange juice and there was no one behind the desk to even ask about it. The seating area for breakfast consisted of enough plastic chairs and tables for about 12 people, and the ice machine in the lobby was broken. Bottom line, Wyndham, the parent company of Super 8, should sweep in and remove the owner and staff and start fresh. This is an embarrassment for Wyndham and they should take responsibility to make sure their properties are suitable for their paying clients.

Don't go. Front desk said we would be charged $35 to check in 30 minutes early. That's ridiculous enough alone. But when it was actually time to check in, we had to wait an extra 30 minutes because the six maids were gathered together at the front desk... I guess they were protesting something? No acknowledgement of the disparity once we were finally permitted to get to our room. Hallways were filthy. No 'do not disturb ' or 'please make up room' sign. Instead, there was a door hanger saying to either hang up towels or put them on the floor if you don't want to reuse. This did, logically, imply there would be daily cleaning. There was a nearly used up toilet paper roll on the dispenser. No spares. One tiny bar of hard soap. Along with tiny shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. We checked in TWO ADULTS for FOUR days. ... There are costs listed if certain items came up missing at the end of the stay. Such as the (already missing) coffee pot, alarm clock, soap dish, coffee pot tray... and a price listed by each thing. Staff was indifferent and dismissive whenever we asked about anything. The main guy walked around in slippers at any and all times of day. Came up with excuses for not having orange juice for days... This morning, before checkout, we expected (I don't know why!) breakfast items to be available by 6:00 am, as is written. There were other people at the front desk when we came in, already waiting for overdue coffee and food. The usual front desk guy poked his head around a corner saying 'it's coming.' Eventually, after about an hour and a half past time, breakfast was available. There was one younger staff helper we saw briefly who was helpful. The bed itself was comfortable. We mentioned to a few locals where we were staying, and received reactions about the safety of the place. Now we understand. I can't believe this is affiliated - at all - even budget - with Wyndham.

Broom closet Surprised I didn’t end up in broom closet, that’s what happens when you reserve and pay for room debit 5 months in advance. You’re paid up and treated like gravy, crappy room with leftover bedding and no coffee pot.

Don’t stay here Stayed in their place in Taos NM. As others on Google have stated rude staff. It rained the night we were there which caused a leak in the ceiling of our room and other customers as well. The leak was directly over our suitcase wetting our other clothes. All staff would say is no refunds. The fire sprinklers popped out of the ceiling a few inches. Roaches in the room and leaky ceiling. When I complained to corporate they tried to give me reward points which equaled basically a discount on our next stay. Terrible response. I’m disputing the payment through my card company.
