Not kid friendly Not a place for kids lots of drug activity. Dirty parking lot. No real breakfast. The pool was good except they decided to clean it right during the day so had to wait for them to finish before we could swim. Not really old person friendly either lots of stairs and only one elevator in a whole separate part of the hotel that most of the time couldn’t use without waiting for ever for.

False Advertising + Not for the Handicapped This hotel advertises rooms on its website that don't exist. The breakfast is not as advertised. They also are extremely poorly set up for people who are handicapped or mobility impaired. Because we are senior citizens who use rolling walkers to get around, when we booked online we chose and prepaid for an available KING BED, ACCESSIBLE, POOL VIEW ROOM. The room was pictured as having a patio or balcony with seating overlooking the courtyard and pool with lots of palm trees and foliage. Arrived to find no such room exists There are no king bed rooms that face the pretty courtyard and pool area that are accessible. What they had was a standard king room. It was not accessible and had a tub to climb over (we can't), not extra space to maneuver and no walk-in shower. Their excuse for calling this "accessible" was that it had a bar on the wall. Because we had no alternative but to leave, after a long day of driving, to find another hotel that might have accessibility, in area with few choices, we had to take one of their "handicapped" rooms. There seem to be only two, and the one with the king bed was taken. Both are located far to the rear of the hotel and are dark, basement-like rooms. Ours had double beds, no king, and had no patio with seating. Aside from being bunker-like, it had sliding doors that looked out on the parking lot with a view of men smoking by a pickup truck 5 feet away. We had to keep the drapes closed. The sidewalk and ramp outside the back handicapped rooms had been painted and were extremely slippery in the rain when we were there. Another false advertisement was that the check in desk had a sign telling us breakfast was now "continental" with only cold cereal, waffles, yogurt and fruit. The "fruit" was a bowl of apples. The cereal choices were Fruit Loops or Raisin Bran. No muffins or toast, no eggs, no breakfast meats, no home fries. In addition the bathroom outlet in our dark basement room did not work. and the closet had two (count them - 2) hangers. This hotel is built on a hillside with at least 3,if not 4, terraces. At the front entrance, there are steps or a long ramp down to the lobby and the ramp for the handicapped is steep and puts the client out into the rain before reaching the front door. Inside the lobby there is another ramp up to the reception desk. To get to the nearby rooms and to the courtyard and poor area there are multiple sets of steps and switch-back ramps. To get to our handicapped room in the back, we had to reload our luggage into our car out front and drive around. If we wanted that yummy continental breakfast in the morning, we had to drive back up to the front. No partial refund was offered at checkout even tho the room we booked did not exist. Used the lobby restroom before leaving only to find the handicapped stall has been ripped out. Rollator wold not fit thru the stall doors. Front desk told me, for handicapped bathroom, go up another ramp to the level above. Bottom line: For everyone - this hotel has false advertising about their rooms and breakfast. For the handicapped - DO NOT STAY HERE. You are a third class citizen here and be shoved in the back basement and have to navigate numerous up and down ramps.

Great for the money Sabrina put out a great breakfast every morning, with a smile. Lilly turned our towels into terrycloth sculptures every time she tided up our room. The front-desk staff was kind and courteous. Some parts of the hotel complex were a little tired, but the great service more than made up for it.

Beautiful grounds This is the 3rd time we have stayed here. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Pool area is very nice and plenty of chairs and tables. We had a second floor room with the balcony facing the pool. Great staff. Only improvement needed is the breakfast, the had the same thing every day. Scramble eggs and sausage.

Nice balcony, comfortable beds Bed was very comfortable with great clean linens. Great shower. The rooms all had balconies with chairs and the property is well cared for. But the breakfast is sorely lacking! Waffles, cereal, bread and cake and sweetened yogurt but no eggs or creese.
