Quality Inn Terre Haute University Area

Avoid! Do not stay here Someone at choice hotels needs to be checking the quality of their quality inns. I understand they had construction going on but when a place is this rundown it should not be open during repairs. The pool was one of the main closed inaccessible areas which was disappointing. Even though the hotel was "under construction" there was absolutely no construction that occurred during the 3 days we were there. Nor did it look like any construction was actually in the process of being done. I felt as though the construction signs were there to make up for the horrible shape the hotel was in. The room itself was minimal. It was missing the iron. The bottles of shampoo and conditioner are tiny. In order to use the microwave, we had to set it on the floor as there was only one outlet behind where it was kept, and it was for the TV and fridge. Even if I unplugged the TV the cord from the microwave would not have reached. The outlet issue was bad as even bedside there was only one plug in a lamp. So, charging everyone's phones was difficult. Ice machine was missing on the floor we were on, so we had to go downstairs. We took the stairs as I did not trust their elevators and the doorknobs on both stairwell doors were barely functional. They were halfway falling off and you could not turn them. The breakfast was decent, but I wish they had normal coffee cups with lids. Everything is tiny and styrofoam-cups, bowls, plates. Overall, I would not stay here again.

Terrible hotel The hotel is very old and the cleaniness does not look good. The rooms still have carpet. They are undergoing remodeling so there is a lot of construction noise. Terríble stay. The smell in The rooms are not very good too. I do not reccommend this hotel.

Terrible Bathroom was dirty, blood on toilet seat. No hot water in shower. Door knob on bathroom door was about to fall off and floor was really dirty everywhere. Nightstand was broke and mirror in bathroom was broke. I would not recommend this hotel. We told the guy at the desk there was no hot water, he acted surprised and the next morning still no hot water. Luckily we only had to stay 3 nights. Definitely not worth $309

All _ Currently in renovation but look really modern hotel. My room was really nice very clean,and fresh fill. Brackfast has good choice with fresh fruit like apple and Banana. All staff member very polite.

Perfect Perfect Hôtel for family. Room is super clean, quite and good size. hotel staff is very ownsome and I like there fitness room as well courtyard. Morning they serving very good and hot breakfast .....
