Bypass this place! Very gross and dirty. Broken lights and electrical issues. Mold on shower curtain and trash left in the room. Dirty hallways bad breakfast and rotten fruit. Expensive too! The place had stains on carpets and in hallways dirty hallways. Pull the sheets back and you’ll see stains on the mattresses and they look like they pulled the mattresses from a thrift store.

Not impressed with the customer service. I was due to stay here for the total eclipse and had made a booking via a well known booking site over 6 months previously. Around 2 weeks prior to my stay the hotel cancelled my booking on the basis that they were 'having refurbishments' despite the same class of room still being marketed on their website, but at 5 times the price I had secured my booking at. Suffice to say, I made alternative arrangements at another hotel but had to pay more than the original booking, but nowhere near the figures being asked by Comfort Suites.. Go figure if there were refurbishments.

Ok stay in Texarkana, AR Stayed in room 210 a 2 queen bed suite. Mostly clean but needs a lot maintenance and repairs: loose outlet near lounge section of couch, found some fingernail clippings on the couch, needs cosmetic repairs. Stain on bed cover and fabric on bench badly stained. Rusted bathroom ceiling vent. Scuff marks on walls and pieces of moulding missing, dark spots on carpet, cold but noisy AC. Comfortable bed and decent towels. Good breakfast but chairs were in need of steam cleaning. Autumn and Julie at desk were friendly and helpful. Would request a different room if I ever stay there again.

Avoid Comfort Suites Texarkana AR at All Costs Poor management, does not abide by standard practices. You should avoid this hotel at all costs. Comfort Suite general manager cancelled all our rooms to secure higher rates as the eclipse approaches. We made reservations in June 2023 and within last month we all had to scramble to get rooms at other places. Facility did not even contact us to discuss, just used email to dump us. Bad Karma!

Price Gouging This place is price gouging for the Eclipse. Today, March 22, they cancelled my reservation made last July for "renovations". I checked and they have plenty of space but rooms are now 3 times the price I booked at back in July. Find someplace else to stay to protest this terrible practice!!
