Quality Inn & Suites Conference Center

Absolutely disgusting hotel needs to pass health department inspection before they can reopen to the public. Horrible!! We stayed at filthy disgusting poor excuse of a Quality Inn for six days due to us evacuating from Florida hurricane Milton. The rooms are absolutely disgusting starting with the carpets they were as dirty as the parking lot! They were filthy with both rust and mold all over the place. The showers need to be cleaned thoroughly they were absolutely disgusting as well. The so called sheets for the bed was so worn and dingy with holes in them and felt like sandpaper. I don’t think they ever vacuum the rugs in these rooms they are very stained and smell from piss. The health department really needs to shut this place down until they can comply with health regulations. The man that owns this place I believe is from India and treats his staff like crap in public. The breakfast which is free wasn’t bad however very limited. Don’t stay at disgusting s*it hole unless you’re desperate like we were because so many hotels and motels were booked to accommodate those leaving Florida during the hurricane Milton. I could go on and I think you get the gist of how bad this place.

RUN. Thief’s tried to charge me 4 days later thank God I locked my card after the 1st $5 went through. NO NO RUN! NO RUN they tried to charge my card again 4 days later had to cancel card and order a new one. RUN NO RUN NO They will lie to you tell you three different stories. RUN they tell you what you want to hear not the truth and the worse part is keeping my card and trying to charge me 4 days later.

Worst breakfast Ever Old and going to seed. Needs touch up paint in rooms and lobby. The “breakfast” room is dark and shoddy. And then there is the “free breakfast”. The very worst I have ever encountered, and that is saying something. A few greasy sausages and some kind of egg product. No bagels. No fruit. Everything appears to have been sitting there for a week. Just disgusting.

Excellent place to stay! We travel to Thomasville as family is located there and have been staying at this property for many years. The room was in excellent shape, it had been totally refurbished and very clean. We were extremely impressed with the hotel and the many upgrades of recent years. We will be back!

Bugs in my bed….I checked out, no response or refund. I always pull covers back to inspect fresh sheets visually. This bed linen was never changed. I called desk staff, she came, inspected then retrieved fresh sheets and made the bed. Watching tv and mapping my next day route as I sat on the bed; I saw bugs coming from different directs on the sheets and from under the pillows. I took pictures, called the front desk and said I was checking out because of bedbugs or baby roaches _ in the bed. I said I would expect my credit card to be re-imbursed. Four days later and I have heard nothing.
