Extremely dissatisfied I’ve been staying at red roof in Thomasville ga since January ’24 and It has been awful every time. Towels missing, roaches in my room, dirty toilets and sinks, tv rarely work and now they’ve went up $30 on prices it’s ridiculous and nasty. The front desk lady was extremely rude to me yesterday on my birthday, she dressed extremely unprofessional and was not even working her boyfriend was. He was kind. She yelled at me and threatened me about not being able to request a late check out anymore even though I’ve been doing so since the first day I ever stayed here because I typically don’t get into my room until late due to work. I spent hundreds of dollars every month/week with red roof and I deeply regret it. They charge (now) $97 for less than 12 hours in a dirty dingy room with HORRIBLE customer service. From the front desk to house keeping they are all rude and ugly towards customers for no reason. I personally have worked in the hotel business (nicer hotels) for over 6 years. I worked housekeeping for years and then as the house keeping executive so I know how the position works and they most definitely abuse their “power” and disrespectfully are very rude to customers even regulars like myself. The manager Brittany sat back with kids running around her office and loudly and let her front desk associate off duty talk to me like I was a child. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with red roof and their staff all the way around. Renee was the BEST employee they had and sadly they let her go. I’ve stayed in many many hotels in many places and red roof felt like home at one point and they have absolutely ran it in the dirt. House keeping isn’t doing a good job. Front desk doesn’t know how to treat people and they’ve started charging out the wazoo for dirty dingy rooms. I’d suggest the rose garden to anyone planning on staying at red roof.

Definitely staying again Great hotel. There is a lot of long term stays but for the price and location it was amazing. Manager and front desk lady were both really nice and great to talk too. No breakfast but they do have a variety of tea and coffee. There is a vending machine with a variety of items and for a good price too

Horrible First of all the roaches were bad the tv in room didnt work, and 1 towel in room for 3 people . This is the nastiest place i ever stayed in ,PLEASE STOP THE MONTHLY STAYS SOON IT WILL BE JUST LIKE THE SERENA INN BEAUTIFULL MOTEL STOP IT WHILE YOU CAN VERY NASTY BUGS EVERY WHERE

Redroof have the worst management The front desk night shift is so wonderful and lovely they have the best hospitality and so does the house keepers they are very nice and have good hospitality everytime me and my crew goes to check in. The only thing is they have the worst management. And the Laundry guy make sure his guests have what they needs

Awesome Great place comfortable bed, nice and clean, and Vanity at the front desk is amazing, great place nice stay, excellent pool , hot coffee ☕ all day, all in all excellent stay , would definitely recommend.
