A fantastic stay IHG is being represented very well by this property. The beds are amazing, the hot water and pressure was divine; but most importantly - even though I did come across a small issue with my room during the second night of my stay, Erin at the desk and the Manager were SUPER QUICK to address and solve things for me. I cannot say enough good things about them. Thank you to the staff that made the stay such a pleasant one!

Dirty and poorly maintained We chose this hotel because it is conveniently located and has a pool. The website shows a newly renovated space. While it was recently renovated it has been heavily used and shows a lot of wear and tear. Our room was very dirty and I ended up cleaning the toilet, bathroom floor, entranceway floor and all high touch surfaces with disinfecting wipes.I wiped the entranceway floor down three times and the wipes were still black. The bathroom had hair, finger prints, and other yuck. We won’t be staying here again. Once was enough.

Not bad We (husband, myself, two kids) stayed at this property for 2 nights for a family wedding at nearby Gable Hill. Located in a convenient area, with plenty of supermarkets and a few restaurants nearby. The exterior of the hotel is nothing special, it’s in a parking lot. Check in was super easy and the lady assisting us was very nice. We were given a room on the second floor to the left of the lobby. This location is perfect, as the lobby can get very loud in the morning and at night. Our room was perfectly quiet. They are still in the process of renovating, so it still looks “unfinished”. Missing mouldings, paint and carpet in common areas. Our room was clean and in good working order. Beds were comfortable. The included breakfast was sufficient. Would definitely stay here over other motels in the area.

Look out for the Renovation We used this property recently. It was not disclosed to us that extensive renovation was happening. The lobby area was only partially finished. In the breakfast area, the power would go off. I am assuming it was related to the construction. Our room was on the second floor, and early the next morning they began work on the room across the hall.

Buyer beware I booked our two night stay months in advance on the IHG mobile app. When we checked in we were presented an agreement with a different (newer) confirmation number and a room rate over $40 more per night. When I presented my confirmation email and showed the night attendants my IHG mobile app both reflecting the original confirmation number and rate, there was conversation about, “we’re not sure what Diablo did to your reservation.” The next morning, I spoke with the individual who identified himself as “Diablo.” He began to “educate” me about how “all” hotel reservations work, that only the first night is guaranteed and that the rates of subsequent reserved nights are subject to change—no, I’m not making this up! He was unable to explain how, under his version of the “rules,” my first night’s rate changed by $40 or how my confirmation number at his hotel became one issued recently, although he was adamant that he knew the rules and I did not. However, he kindly did “a favor” for me and changed the rate to that which my original reservation had indicated. “Buyer beware,” bring your confirmation email with you! Aside from Diablo and the events related to him, the staff were friendly. The hotel is being renovated, most of it appeared to be completed. The pool was nice, rooms clean and adequate, and the breakfast was hot and kept stocked. That said, I’m uncomfortable about returning due to the events mentioned above.
