Housekeeping staff will enter your room despite a sign The housekeeping staff entered our room on two occasions in two days, despite us having the “do not disturb” sign up. I contacted the front desk and she said, “Oh my god, again? We’ve already spoken to them about this many times, I’m sorry”. Good place to go if it wasn’t full of poor staff.

Visiting friends who rent house in Franklin Super 8 is so convenient to our friends in Franklin, NH. Of course the outlet mall is so convenient as is the two grocery stores where we can buy buckets of fried chicken and other goodies to take to our friends.

Good price for the area The room was clean. Bedspread were very outdated and had burn holes - need to be replaced. We stayed there for a concert in Gilford and the price was right. I would stay again.

Hotel Rating Very good rooms and prices are remarkably reasonable.Close to restaurants. If there were a laundry room for guests it would be even better. The fact that no pets are allowed suits me just fine. Dining area has napkins & plastic utensils & cups available all the time.

Too expensive It was too expensive for the location and the quality of the hotel. Had no elevator so bags had to be carried upstairs and downstairs. Left a day early, still charged for room staff was very nice.but there were no amenities.
