Great place Great place. We needed the walking shower and it was perfect. everybody was very nice. Very accommodating staff. The room was clean and well appointed. If you are in the need of a handicap room this is your place to stay in the part of the country plus the room charge was great

000 The menagerie was so nasty we couldn't find registered number acted like we didn't pay for room charged us and didn't give us money back acted like my card was not charge, acted like we were not people so rude never meet hotel energetic like that I would like money back still from nasty hotel sleep in tiney park 18427 spring creek dr

Doubled our room rate A third party made the room reservation for a friend and I who were attending the same event. We saw paperwork that the rate would be $125 per room for the one night. The person who made the reservation for both rooms cancelled her reservation the day before and was told the entire reservation had to be cancelled and a new reservation was needed for the 1 room for my friend and I. We were shocked when we checked in to discover that our room rate - for one night - was $249 ($278 with tax). We were told that, even though the original reservation was made weeks before for $125, the new reservation had to be for the current rate that night of $249 plus tax. We were given a tiny room with 2 Queen beds, a sink in the room with a half wall separating the sink from one of the beds and the tiniest bathroom with a toilet and shower. Very disappointing even if we had gotten the lower rate. We felt extremely ripped off and the manager showed absolutely NO empathy for our situation. Sleep Inn will never get my business again - good thing they don’t care.

Very Nice hotel at a great rate Clean, roomy, convenient. Very pleasant staff, excellent breakfast. What's not to like? Would stay again in a heartbeat. Very quick check in, excellent rate, nice neighborhood, plenty of parking. Great!

A great overall stay! I recommend. Totally recommend. After reading reviews on booking sites, I was unsure. But this place was good. Smelled nice, everything in the room was comfy. 4 good pillows per bed is a plus for me. Working microwave and fridge (stayed in a 2-double room). Best part was a clean shower with plenty of very hot water and pressure.Breakfast the next morning was full, not just continental. Good and very clean eating space. We enjoyed the location, convenient to interstate, near other hotels and a few good restaurants within walking distance. A very quiet night at a good place!
