Will not return… The motel is not clean, friendly or comfortable…the floor were filthy, when I reported this, I was told it was the laminate flooring and despite trying multiple methods they would not stay clean. That isn’t an acceptable answer for dirt and hair in the bathroom floor. The bed was hard, lumpy and uncomfortable…very poor value for the price.

Filthy When we first arrived, we thought it was an older but charming room. Soon, we realized how filthy it was. Surfaces that were wiped down had water residue left on it and smelled like an old dish cloth. The worst part was the floor. Honestly, I have never seen such a dirty floor. I took my sneakers off and walked from the bed to the bathroom. The floor was sticky, and when I looked at my white socks they were black on the bottom. We immediately asked the floor to be cleaned, and we were assured it would be. That evening when we got back, it was the same. Next day it still was not cleaned. This is an ongoing and common complaint about this establishment, yet management isn't capable of dealing with it. I don't expect 5-star quality for the price, but I DO expect a clean room. This is not a difficult problem to address. Simply do some spot checks and deal with (or replace) the staff who aren't doing their jobs properly. Again, this is such a common complaint, that it is a management failure at this point. I attached two pictures to this review to give you an idea of how bad this is. One from each day we stayed which shows nothing was done to clean the floor. The pictures I attached are from videos I took, so if management wants to dispute that this is their hotel, I will gladly send the videos to prove it. The rooms were booked in my wife's name.

Drove across country with my daughter for her new job Worst hotel ever-an embarrassment to the best western brand. Drove across country and purposefully stayed at this brand through every state. Arrived very, very late and desk clerk at window was unfriendly. Traveling with my daughter and he gave us a room in the very back of the hotel. Got all luggage moved into room and ready for bed-my daughter pulled back the blankets-blood on the sheets! Called desk clerk immediately and no I am so sorry or anything-just come back down and I will give you a different room. Second room was only slightly better-shower and toilet had someone else's hair and grime and the sink area was not clean. Checked out after 4 hours of sleep and showed the day desk clerk pictures of the room and she said she didn't know what she was looking at. Explained what had happened and her response to the blood on the sheets was "someone must in" Are you kidding me? Seriously! Don't stay in this hotel ever. It should be shut down.

Budget Friendly Lodging for Short Stays The stay overall all was pleasant. The bathroom was rather small. How small you ask? So small that when you close the door it almost collides with the toilet seat. It's a good place to stay for one or two nights as it located near a few fast-food places if that's your things. It didn't disappoint, but at the same time it didn't wow me either. You get what you paid for.

Do Not Stay Here, Mold! We booked ahead 3 separate rooms. Upon arrival to rooms, there was a strong odor of mold and mildew. I returned to the front desk and was given another room only to have the same issue. The staff were helpful and courteous. However, we were returned our funds and proceeded to another area.
