One to avoid completely Management is in desperate need of customer service training. She is rude, especially when proven wrong and takes it out by running extra charges on your card, claiming damage when challenged about it. They don’t have bellman carts, they have what amounts to an small 3 wheel airport luggage cart that can’t hold two bags.

Excellent Stay The hotel was very clean, good atmosphere, the customer service people were very knowledgeable and friendly. My overall stay was very good the beds were little hard but sleep able. I enjoyed my stay there and my room was very neat and clean. When I return there I will be returning to this location. I will recommend my friends and family to stay at the Comfort Suites in Tomball,TX.

A place to stay with good breakfast This location is highly convenient for visiting - access to the highway but far enough away to not have road noise, lots of places to eat (both local and chain). The room is clean and sleep was good. The breakfast (for COVID-19 times) was very good. Be advised that water is not provided at breakfast... You will either need to purchase bottled water or fill up your bottle in the restroom nearby. (We did the second.) The room was clean and had good amenities (fridge, microwave, good power access, lights reachable from the bed). The small nightlight was broken in our room. We didn't report, just moved furniture so we'd not trip in the dark. The internet service was spotty but good enough - we could read emails and keep up with work but couldn't update apps on our phones. The hotel, though, was run down with little care given to presentation. Too many tables in the meal area, little room for navigation, and NOT accessible-friendly. The notice for the elevator was held to the wall with a paperclip and glue. Wallpaper was peeling and the lights in the drive/entry were flashing light a nightclub. (I actually thought it was on purpose when we checked in, as there was a party being held in the parking lot). The pool was COLD and the jacuzzi was not heated. The hotel posts signage that masks are to be worn in all public areas but the desk staff never wore them. The housekeeping staff were always friendly and helpful (kudos!) but the front desk staff always seemed dissatisfied. When we checked in, there were two people -- one never greeted us, the other spoke only a few words to finish the contractual obligation. When we checked out, the front desk person was handling the reporting of a situation over the phone. She was, quite understandably, not able to speak with us as we left. All in all, I would stay here again. It's good to know, though, what one should expect.

5th time here Extremely accommodating with a lot of room amenities, i.e., fridge, microwave, nice desk area with a lot of charging stations. Great bed and coverings. Wonderful employees, especially Lana at the front desk. Amid the Covid pandemic, they still have wonderful breakfast items. Always enjoy it here! Judy Paczkowski

restful sleep, comfortable room, but intermittent internet service room was clean, and sleep was restful. Internet was spotty, and when I reported to lady at front desk, she admitted she was having computer issues too. Really bothers me when they hide an issue, and bothers me worse, when nothing is done about it.
