Beautiful hotel Loved the hotel. Great room but make sure to push the TV back against the wall if you get the double room suite!

Nice We stayed here for one night during our annual road trip. This was a very nice, clean hotel with a decent sized outdoor pool. I always appreciate a place that has a laundry room on the premises; it makes our trips so much easier. Pretty good breakfast and friendly service at the front desk. I liked the spacious rooms.

Great Hotel The rooms are spacious and clean, helpful staff with easy check in and check out. Did have issues with TV’s in rooms, they did not work. Breakfast menu could be upgraded but overall, great hotel for a great price.

Heads up Hyatt… I have stayed at this hotel many times over many years. Despite recent renovations, it appears to have declined. The air conditioning has not Been renovated. Tonight, there has been a hotel wide tv system failure due to scrambled channel or weak signal. Has Hyatt not invested in adequate tv bandwidth in Topeka? Too bad the Olympics are on, and I just drove 10 hours. I will look for other options in Topeka next time, and I am a member of Hyatt.

Gross!! First off, when we arrived, we waited over 20 minutes to check in because there was not a person at the desk. There was another person waiting to check in when we arrived. They even tried calling the front desk to get the attention of someone, but no luck. Our room was GROSS! Our room smelled as though it was clean when we arrived, but that was just a cover up. Our children’s feet were black after walking on the floors. Even immediately after the shower. The white towel we put on the floor as a bath mat was nearly black. Dead bugs under the air conditioning unit. There were small black pieces of something all over the bathroom floor. The breakfast was gross. Even our 5 year old commented on the bland scrambled eggs which were also an odd texture.
