Good location This hotel is exactly what you should expect for a three star, run-of-the-mill city hotel. The interior decorations are worn and dated but the rooms are clean, the beds are comfy and there is hot water in the shower. The continental breakfast is tasty and includes eggs, hash browns, sausage or bacon, yogurt, fruits and toast. You get exactly what you pay for. The parking is not great for visitors, but you can park your car on site for a fee.

Very tired hotel; nice staff This hotel is very tired - carpets are worn, furniture is old, heating system is very loud, lighting extremely poor, and few outlets in the room. The elevators are so slow, you wonder if they are moving at all! Front desk staff are wonderful, kind, hard working. Room was clean, but everything is very old. The noise and inconvenience from the construction is difficult to ignore. However, it is reasonably priced and in a good location for mid-town.

Good vaule and close to Sunnybrook Hospital I had to go in for another operation at Sunnybrook Hospital and this is the closest hotel to it. I found the service in the hotel to be great. Very helpful at the front desk. The valet service is good. There is limited parking on site and the valet service costs $20 a night, so it is a little pricy. The breakfast in the morning was good. The rooms are good for the price. Nothing special but a clean place to stay. The only negative I found this time was calling the toll free number for booking. Last time I stayed here, they had a lower rate for people going to the hospital. Not this time. The website says they will call the hotel to match prices from third party travel companies but when I said I found it cheaper online through one of these sites, the lady didn't call, just kept saying that the price she gave was the lowest they can do. When I told them the hotel in Toronto, she tried to give me a room in South Carolina... just was not easy and smooth like you would expect. It was easier when you could book through Best Western before they switched from that brand. Overall, I would still stay here again if I was in the area as the service in the hotel was good.

Very tired Reviewing so you know what to expect.... Disappointing points; Very very loud heating/ventilation, slight tremors resulting from 24 hour underground work on Eglinton transport line, very weak internet, old fashioned limited TV, lumpy pillows, thin duvet etc. Understand it is not being cared for since will be torn down. Good points; clean enough and some nice staff

STAY AWAY TERRIBLE!!! We checked in late at night as our flight was late to arrive, we got the the check in desk the “night porter or auditor” BILLY was extremely rude was very impatient and very condescending to us. The next morning we went again to reception to come across another rude nasty seem uninterested receptionist called Pamela to our frustration The breakfast is ok but the plates are stone cold so once you put your food it’s becomes so cold the breakfast staff busy talking and laughing amours themselves not caring about guest. We stayed here for six nights and after 3 days we asked if the sheets come be changed and we were told no why I don’t know. There was a lovely lady from accommodation her name was Jasmine who was just amazing very nice and helpful! She needs to train all the other staff on customers services! She was truly amazing and does a wonderful job The room is very out dated and so is the furniture. Overall the stay at the roehampton hotel was terrible and won’t be back definitely!
