Very central location Great location. Big clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. We are a family of 4 ( with 2 small children) and stayed in the double bed suite with separate living area. I was hoping there would be a closed off bedroom with a door but this isn't the case. There is a half wall separating the 2 areas. I wish hotels would think of families a little more and have rooms with separated bedrooms so hubby and I could watch some tv while they slept! We went to the indoor pool and were the only ones there. The water was warm and the kids had fun. Hot tub was broken at the time.

Weekend in the metropolis It’s been a tough and extremely slow time for Toronto amenities etc being allowed to re open. We stayed 2 nights and the service and staff were fantastic. Continuous cleaning protocols carried out, safe distancing enforced in an unobtrusive fashion. We dined on the patio and inside at the Sports net grill. Excellent service, food good, no price “gouging” We’re already planning our next long weekend getaway !

Apparently loyalty means very little Prior to checking in I asked about a paid upgrade to a field view room. I was told that I could ask inquire on arrival day. I messaged through the app on arrival day and was told they were sold out of field view rooms but I could still reserve one for that night on the app. When I arrived no mention of my Titanium loyalty status and the room is less than impressive. My loyalty got me a first floor room overlooking the train tracks and a dirty overhang from the higher floors.

Nice, clean, and reliable It's so good to travel again! We decided on an impulsive visit to friends on our way through town. I wanted a nice, reliable clean, clean, clean and bright hotel. This was a good standard, and I was pleased that COVID has not impacted any of the quality with respect to room upkeep. A nice little touch and surprise was finding Netflix and... Amazon (?) apps on the TV so we could sign into our own accounts.

Avoid at the moment - Just not ready and you pay for the privilege of having nothing available Avoid at the moment - they just aren’t ready and shouldn’t be open. You are premium literally for a bed as there is no other service; - no bellboy - no concierge - no valet parking - no hot water (as the hotel is not full there are issues with hot water getting around the hotel fully apparently) - and having to move rooms because of no hot water - no-one to help us pack and move - no tea and coffee making facilities in the room - no housekeeping (no, really - they clean before you arrive and you are on your own) - no-one apart from one person on reception meaning despite the hotel being quiet, still there are lines Worst of all — NO MENTION OF ANY OF THIS ON THEIR WEBSITE OR AT BOOKING … meaning No customer care, respect or consideration! Restaurants have solved covid protocols, so Marriott either need to solve it, or not open - constantly told there is nothing available because of covid - so don’t open ! Hundreds of dollars for a bed … oh and a leaking toilet — quality place this!
