Avoid at all cost On the surface the place looks okay, but once you're in the room you'll see paint peeling off the walls and ceilings, outdated bathrooms, lights and plugs that wont work with broken switch plates. Windows that wont lock or seal. Additionally, the person checking us in took a copy of our credit card and 4 months later we were double charged (TOTAL FRAUD). Some tenants were smoking MJ and it stinks up the parking lot. I would recommend avoiding this place unless you have no choice to stay here.

Wish I'd read the reviews first Wished I'd read the reviews first! The good? Clean, thick towels. The bad? Paperwork took ages to complete, odd as we'd booked through Expedia and they still wanted $100 deposit. .Cracked tiles on entry to the lift area, dirty. Areas on show which have piles of rubbish. Bathroom is awful. Tiles are painted over with paint flaking off. Sink has coloured areas where adhesive possibly is visible. Vertical blinds rather than curtains which don't meet in the middle. Strange decor style in the room. Overall a really poor quality motel

Bedbug alert! Bitten and refused refund 4 hours into our stay in a suite I got bitten by a bedbug. We then found live and dead bedbugs in our children’s bed, the couch, behind our dressers, in the lamps. We called the front desk and they waited until morning to move us to a smaller room without the kitchen we paid for. They refused to refund us or pay for laundry as the bugs did get in our stuff. Refused to let us contact a manager or owner. Despite tons of pictures they lied and said they would call pest control but instead just went into the room and cleaned up the evidence according to a maintenance man. They do not care that they have an infestation. We would have left that night but bought it through Expedia and needed a refund to go somewhere else. They only wanted to give us $30 on over $385. Do Not Stay here!! The property is dirty and poorly renovated. Sheets and towels were dirty and we still had to have them clean the room they tried to move them too. They also do not have an elevator so if you are not on the first floor, have fun dragging all your luggage up the stairs. The laundry was out of service and they don’t actually have breakfast.

DO NOT STAY HERE I wouldn't even give this place a 1 star. The sheets were disgusting. The towels were not clean. The furniture and fixtures were disgusting. The photos online look NOTHING like the property. I asked the woman at the front desk if I could check out the rooms prior to checking in because the outside looked unsafe and unsanitary . She didn't even bother giving me and explanation.. she just said "no" DO NOT STAY HERE !!!!

Worst Hotel EVER! Do NOT stay here. This hotel is uninhabitable. Part of it is being renovated and much of it was in disrepair. The parking lost was full of old furniture and bedding. On a large majority of the room's balconies old moldy mattresses and furniture were stored while they "remodeled" the rooms. Large trash bins filled with rotting garbage were near the guest rooms that were occupied. We booked a "King Suite", which sounded great on paper. We asked for a ground level room, or something elevator accessible as a member of our party is a senior citizen. We were given a third floor room and the elevator was not functional. Upon arrival, the door door is warped and doesn't close all the way. The room smelled sour, and of mold, stale cigarettes, and rotten milk. There décor was non-existent and stark. No coat hangers were provided, there wasn't a closet. The place for clothing storage was a cement shelf which was covered in dust. The room came with a kitchenette, which was a two burner stove. There were no glasses, no utensils of ANY kind should one want to use the kitchenette. The shower was filthy. The toilet sprayed water upward. The sink leaked and sprayed water. The bathroom floor was slippery when it was wet (which was unavoidable since everything leaked). The staff was rude and uncaring. The stairs leading up to the guest rooms were filty, the hand rails had cobwebs and were not sanitary. I could go on and on. Don't even BOTHER staying there.
