Barbara with the front desk staff was incredible!!! Barbara at the front desk is truly awesome and extremely helpful and professional!!! She absolutely went the extra mile to help make our family travel stay very safe and special!!! Great experience for my toddler’s 1st night at a hotel…Barbara at the front desk welcomed us and provided answers to all our questions. When she saw that we had our hands full with a disabled young child and our service dog she even helped us with our suitcases into the hotel room. She later checked on us to make sure that everything was okay. Just wow… The hotel was easy to find and located conveniently off the 405 freeway. Approximately 1.5 miles away are a Walmart, Ranch 99 Market, and many restaurant/eating options. Industrial Park area…appeared to be business travel and airline crew oriented. We were in room 701, which is a corner suite (king bed with pull out couch) located at opposite end of the pool…very quiet and pleasant. Thank you to Barbara and the Holiday Inn for a wonderful stay. To the Holiday Inn Management, you should promote Barbara, she is an exemplary representative of the Holiday Inn brand.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! So I'm very kinda disgusted.....first off the room itself is extremely outdated, I mean there is actually chipping in the wood, the Carpet is musty and raggedy the legs on the table is poked out the decor looks so retro, the food in the restaurant made all of us have diarrhea, to top it all off, you guys only have 1!! Microwave for all your guests, this is unexceptable and ghetto, I will be calling ihg, you guys make too much money to not upgrade but that aside, Microwave in the room should come standard This was a waste if my points and there was no other one available for reward nights when I checked yesterday I'm to the pont of tears because I'm coming from Michigan for my daughter birthday who has lupus and is very sick all the time, this was the worst experience you guys are not thinking about the customers Outdated and horrible I want my points back I'm asking respectfully, my daughter and I have lupus our feet and legs swelling alot it is quite a chore to go downstairs to lobby every time we needed to heat up foodIhg told me it's mot against any policy to refund the points he said it's totally up to you, so I'm respectful asking that two of my nights points be refunded and I will absolutely take the other room

Worst Family Trip Ever One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We requested a crib upon reservation, but it wasn’t there when we arrived. So we had to put our cranky toddler down on a regular bed and she screamed the whole time until she passed out. Took the whole afternoon for it to arrive. Housekeeping kept bring us bags of creamer instead. Must have been some sort of translation issue? The room never got below 77 degrees even with the A/C running constantly. Probably no Freon left. The breakfast was highly inedible. The pancakes were rock hard stale. The cost for said breakfast for two and a toddler? 50 freaking dollars! We were so upset by the experience we literally cancelled the rest of our reservation and booked another hotel.

Attending a wedding!! Based on the photos we booked this hotel.. Hotel needs a lot of updating.. Furniture was outdated and damaged. Staff was not pleasant and the restaurant staff was rude, we had breakfast vouchers and they gave us a hard time to use them. It served its purpose to lay our heads at night but unless it’s been updated I probably won’t stay again.

Great Hotel, not far from LAX My go to place. Yes its not the flashest, but its in a quiet and safe part of South LA. I usually pay a little extra for a suite which is well worth it, the suite rooms are huge, separate bedroom with an extra TV set. I'm an IHG Diamond Elite member so see a lot of Intercontinental group hotels, but I am always happy here. Parking is good and car is always safe. A special shout out to Oscar in Ginger Cafe, a real good dude that goes out of his way to make sure you are always happy. Same for Art in reception, another friendly and helpful staff member. Actually all the staff are great, another reason to always stay here..
