Good place for a traveler Very clean and comfortable hotel. The king bed was neither too soft nor too hard. We were pleased to find full sized pillows of varying firmness instead of the awful little squares many hotels now offer. There was a nice hot breakfast though it was not served until 6:30am which is late for long distance travelers. The only negative was the heating/cooling. The controls were disabled and routed to a wall thermostat where you could only set the temperature, so the fan kicked on and off all night. When off, the highway noise was pretty loud.

Miserable My girlfriend and I came to stay at this location for a wedding nearby. The man at the front desk was very rude and treated me like a second class citizen because of the debit card I wanted to use and said he would not accept it. Saying it was a prepaid card. I told him it was a Visa card FDIC insured and never had any issue at any other hotels with authorizations and was able to use it to reserve the room online. I told him I would just cancel and go elsewhere but my girlfriend walked up and said we could use her Mastercard. I reluctantly agreed just on principle the guy was a jerk. The place is a bit run down for IHG. The breakfast/common area is in the middle with all the doors facing it so it is very noisy. I noticed flyers in front of several rooms saying something like "We are aware you may be smoking in the room and we are watching you" which made me feel even more uncomfortable. They also slid my invoice under the door which is one of the stupid things this chain does because I already know the price and most establishments prefer a green paperless option. Rusty metal in the bathroom and outdated paint. Housekeeping knocked on the door at 9am waking me up. I was an engineer for a hotel in the past so I know they have a list of who has checked out. Breakfast was terrible. Upon check out the miserable fellow was at the front desk. I asked if I could pay for the stay with my card since he had run the authorization on my girls card and he flipped out pretty much. I don't get it. He told me we could pay with cash at the end so why not charge my card? Ridiculous. The man was obviously very jaded and probably shouldn't work there. Very uncomfortable experience. I will never stay there again and make sure to spread the word for others to do the same.

Staff needs training, kitchen staff needs removed or proper TRAINING Hello, I stayed there, Sunday 19March 2023. Worst breakfast ever eggs an Sausage floating around in something had to throw it away an go pay to eat somewhere else, totally unacceptable, had issues checking in, girl with blonde hair kept saying your card is declined I said no way, she said repeatedly 0338, is card number. I got pissed an used another card, called IHG,to complain, the 0338 is my Cell number last 4, she needs more training.

Nice and loud Nice, clean hotel in a great area. Breakfast was awesome with several choices. The front desk lady did her job... but not the friendliest! Beds are very comfortable- however - they are kinda useless because we were unable to sleep!. We heard vehicles all night long from the interstate and frontage road. The people above us were stomping and vibrating the ceiling half the night with what sounded like a dance party! I would stay here again, but I would request a room on the top floor.. furthest away from the streets!

Below Par Stayed at this hotel for 1 night. I have been a HIG member for years. This was the worst Holiday Inn Express I have stayed in. The room was average, old furnishings. Could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Spots on the bed spread. Would have asked for a new room but there was a sign on the entrance of the hotel that all rooms were sold out. Because we arrived after midnight and on a tight schedule, we stayed since it was for 1 night. We sprayed the room down with Lysol and disinfectant wipes. We reported the incident to the front desk in the morning. Receptionist at the front desk wrote our concerns down in a spiral notebook and stated that the hotel manager would call us. We never received a call. Needless to say, will never come here again.
