SO GROSS Gross! Bed was bare, unmade, same w/next room! HOT in hallways. Broken lightbulbs. Pool GREEN with garbage on top. Noisy couple being Nasty! Water funky! Dirty tub. Blech. Awful. Left early. I should have known that it was too cheap for a reason. I left early to go to another hotel, my skin was crawling.

Ok hotel, but a bit run down Hotel is near the airport, and yet, the room was very quiet. We got a good night's sleep. Bed comfortable, but there was no bedspread. I had to ask for an extra blanket. Heating unit did not work. Room had everything necessary: microwave, coffee maker, fridge. Bathroom was very good. Fan and light on different switches (a plus). Breakfast was ok, with eggs, sausages, French Fries. No oj, only Tang. 2 types of cereal, plus yogurt, and bread (no jam). Minimal. Lobby fairly big, staff ok, but slow. We needed a replacement light bulb for a stand-up lamp which we never got. We also had to ask for a second bath towel, and I had to pick it up myself. Fitness room is very good. They have a business center; wifi worked very well. Inner courtyard is big, with old trees, a bit run-down, but nice. There is a pool and a jacuzzi (did not try myself).

Never again Upon check in we were told the hotel was at 90% occupancy and would need to go to breakfast extremely early. First morning at 7 am over fifty people in line, ended up ordering breakfast from nearby Denny’s. Next morning purposely went for breakfast at 6am - very limited selection- only eggs, potatoes, refried beans, white bread. I grabbed a carton of milk only to find it a few days expired. Every garbage receptacle was overflowing with trash - mostly alcohol containers. The hall had a terrible musty odor. The room was disgusting. First I noticed feces on the outside of the toilet bowl which we cleaned with our clorox wipes. I dropped something on the floor near the bed and I’m sorry I looked - the floor was filthy- soda bottles under bed, toothbrush, pieces of food. There was a single serve coffee maker in the room with no coffee, cups, or creamer. I went to front desk to request- never received any. This hotel is used to house migrants. With 90% occupancy there were literally no cars in the parking lot. This is by far the worst Best Western we’ve ever stayed out. Never again. They should have to disclose the migrant housing when making a reservation.

Worst stay ever! I discovered that the hotel was contracted to house illegals. Hallways smelled, room was not clean, no housekeeping service. No breakfast choices, I was just handed a plate of food the first day of a biscuit, gravy and fried potatoes. There was a cold cereal and coffee, juice machine was out of order. The second day, all the tables in the restaurant were full and there was about 100 people in line to get their plate of food which that day was eggs, fried potatoes and a bagel. Did not eat breakfast there. The grounds were not maintained , lots of trash in the courtyard, the pool was green. Tried to call the front desk when the key quit working, no one answered. Outer door was propped open one night with a rock.

Best Western at Tucson airport Great facility, friendly staff, fantastic breakfast and the hotel hosts a 5 star Indian restaurant! The pool was very clean and the fitness center was not cramped. Our arrival put us 2 ours ahead of check in and they had no problem accommodating us.
