Spacious suites with beautiful mountain views! By far our best hotel experience in a long while. We travel a lot to California, Phoenix and Tucson and we haven’t enjoyed our stay until now. We enjoyed our staycation for my birthday weekend. The cooked to order breakfast was fantastic. The room was spacious and clean. Very large shower was fully stocked with all the toiletries needed. The pool was plenty big to accommodate the crowd and was surprisingly clean. All the hotel staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this location over any hotel Tucson! We will definitely be back.

Rooms are hot, lack of A/C It has been a couple of years since I have stayed here as I moved out of the area. This used to be my go-to place when doing business in Tucson but no longer. The rooms are definitely aging but the main difference on this visit is the rooms will not get cooler than 75 degrees. You can turn the thermostat down and it may get cooler at night, but the hotel must have the thermostat programmed to go back to the 75-degree mark. I go to my room to get out of the heat, but this hotel offered no relief. When I asked the front desk, the response was "that's how it is". So, for that will not return.

Nice hotel Nice hotel in North Tucson. I stayed here for a couple of days while in town for business. The suite was in good condition and clean. Comfortable bed. The best feature of this hotel was the breakfast. This hotel has a cook that makes omelets to order. Lots of other selections on the breakfast buffet.

Great stay! Great stay all around. Room was nice, confy beds. Breakfast was included and there was a good variety (made to order omelets, cereal, oatmeal, fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, bacon/sausage, pancakes to order, potatoes). Pool area was nice too. 15 min drive from Tucson Mall and kiddy corner from hotel is La Encantada mall. Beautiful location.

Beautiful hotel but terrible at communicating during incidents. The only reason I gave this hotel a poor rating is because we experienced an 1.5 hour power outage and we have no communication from the hotel. We were trying to get ahold of the front desk during this time to find out what happened as we lost AC (in the middle of summer) and my husband’s C-pap machine turned off on him while sleeping but we couldn’t get ahold of anyone. The food we had in the fridge went bad. Several hours later we got a response to my text saying there was a power outage and they apologized. A hotel this size you would think they would have a back up generator. They can do much better with communication and making things right. Aside from this incident, the hotel is great, beautiful location and nice rooms.
