Hidden gem wonderful for trainings This is a little hidden gem. We hosted a training at the hotel and everyone was super helpful and friendly. Big shout out to Kerriann, Arianna, Agustin, Alan and Rob for all your hard work. I hope we get to come back. :-). The meeting room and perfect for our event.

Roaches, dirty tubs, dirty air vents This hotel FAILED to deliver a clean and habitable stay. Strongly encourage one to consider other properties. Read below for more details… Disclaimer: I am a Hilton Diamond (top status) for no reason other than I stay more than 60 nights a year as a traveling doctor. I expect the same treatment, no better and no less, than any other hotel guest. My feedback below reflects my experience from TWO separate stays in the month of June 2024 My only agenda is to help forewarn fellow travelers so they may make informed lodging decisions The major disappointments/service failures and reasons to avoid: - live cockroaches scurrying across my walls and ceilings on 6/17 - live insects in my stained, corroded bath-tub on 6/9 - housekeeping failed to even service my room on 6/17 (no DND sign was placed) - A/C units are old, dysfunctional, and noisy The minor disappointments and service failures: -my digital key did not work at multiple exterior entry points of the property -HVAC return vent is covered with dust buildup suggesting it hasn’t been cleaned in at least 6 months. -housekeeping left a dirty cleaning towel on my toilet, did not empty my trash, did not replace coffees/teas (picture attached) -breakfast quality is on par with Hampton or Holiday Inn. In the spirit of comprehensiveness, the positives shall be mentioned: -lobby is welcoming -the inner courtyard, water features, and lounge furniture are very nice -Stewart (front desk) tried his very best to offer a level of service and professionalism that is clearly well beyond the failing product that was offered -breakfast staff were nice In the end, this hotel FAILED to deliver the basics: hygiene, habitability, and carefree comfort I have emailed the General Manager (AnJanette Mercer) and requested an immediate phone call but have not heard from her. Given the frequency of pest issues it will be reported to the city of Tucson department of health

Not likely to stay again I guess if you go, don't stay on the third floor in case it rains because you'll get wet. My husband and I shared a spacious 2-queen bed suite on the third (top) floor. I had the bed by the sliding windows. It rained hard overnight (I slept through it) but in the morning I woke up and my bed was wet - the ceiling had leaked. The floor/carpet by the windows was also wet. Not happy. I let management know and all they could do was credit some points to my Hilton account because I booked through Expedia. However, I had Expedia request a refund and it was refused by management. They said I hadn't let them know, and I surely did the morning I woke up with a wet bed. The restaurant served a great breakfast buffet; the dinner service was meh.

Great experience The hotel was sold out and unfortunately a guest had smoked in the room we were to have. The hotel manager AJ was so gracious and bent over backwards to accommodate us in another room. She was so kind and made the stY extra special with her kindness.

Hotel Staff Who Care... I am writing this review mainly to thank a few specific people who made our stay more enjoyable. The breakfast staff were wonderful, attentive, and friendly offering a large variety of foods and beverages. Each morning, Augustine was exceptional by greeting everyone with his wonderful smile and kind disposition. It was obvious that he enjoyed his job! I also appreciated Alan at the front desk who listened to my concerns about housekeeping and handled everything in a professional and caring manner. As we were checking out after our five night stay, the manager, AJ, made sure to ask how everything was and genuinely cared about our stay. She does a great job with her staff and guests.
