A bad scene. Glad it wasn't a longer stay. This is a sorry excuse for a hotel. The bathroom looks like it was being worked on. Poor reception on tv. Couldn't watch it. 3 dinky towels. No washcloths. 1 tiny pillow for a king size bed. The walls and ceilings look like a work in progress. A lot of people around didn't look very inviting. Will never stay there again.

Worst Hotel Horrible service. The room was filthy. Looked like the maintenance crew had not cleaned the place in some time. Plastic cups in the bathroom floor. Trash still in the trash cans. Disgusting overall. Asked for a refund through Agoda booking site, which they are just as bad as them, and both refused after waiting more than 6 months.

This place isn't good enough to be called a hell hole. This place was the most disgusting place I've ever seen. It used to be a fine hotel back in the day but now it's in shambles and run down. I thought it was abandoned when I pulled into the parking lot. I walked into the lobby and there was a bad sulphur smell. The front window has a thick sheet of plexiglass in front with a little slot at the bottom. I figured I might be in trouble when I saw a sign telling customers that they sold 2 beers for $5...no license. I went to my room and found that the door wouldn't close without a shoulder being put to it. There was evidence it had been forced open and was damaged. The bed was tilted and the head was nearly on the floor. The vanity in the bath area was splitting apart. Somebody leaning on it would destroy it. There was only one light in the room and that was over the vanity....one uncovered light bulb. The curtains were bedsheets thrown over a sagging curtain rod. Th I immediately went around to the office and told them I couldn't stay in this place. There were drug users, homeless people and filth everywhere. I should have read the reviews on Priceline where I booked it from. The pictures that are listed on the discount sites are very old, back when the place was good. They do NOT represent what this place is now. I beg of you.....don't book it. I've lowered my standards at times just to have a place to sleep for the night but there's no way I'd spend more than the 30 seconds in this place.

RUN FAR AWAY FAST Key did not work so front desk came and used his master key to open about five doors until one opened then said this is your room. No pillows on the bed or towels. FILTHY and TRASH everywhere. Beware the photos are not a representation of what you will get.

SQUALOR SQUALOR Our Tucson AZ stay Grant Rd & I10 was reserved and pre-paid, NO Cancellation after check in . $194.97 for 2 Nights for 2 double beds. We arrived and the very Hospitable Friendly and Apologetic Desk Clerk gave us our room. This place was Horrendous! NOTHING like the pictured on website!! Talk about MISREPRESENTION at it's highest!!: We cancelled and walked away from the $194.97 although the Clerk submitted a refund request we haven't seen it! Went next door to the Hyatt and happily paid double after practically bathing in sanitizer! This was the very definition of Roach motel. I don't think a Prostitute would work out of there. Issues included but not limited to: 1st room: Floors sticky, TV with 'spray' like body fluids didn't work. Phone was sticky and didn't work. Curtains filthy and pinned. A/c held together with Duct tape. Pulled the mismatched bedspreads back to stained sheets. 2nd room door barely closed could have shouldered it open. Cockroach in tub. Stained bedspread. Non working TV, NO phone. Non working lamp. 3rd Stained curtains and bedspreads, Curtains held together with Duct tape. NO Lamp. Non working TV was held upright on stand by plastic water cup. open Pipe in stained bath tub. Stained bedspread. 4th room Stained Curtains held closed by tuck taped. Door barely closed. Hanging on hinges. Working Tv but no phone. FECES in the toilet! ALL 4 Rooms: All white linens dull gray. Stained tubs. Nails hanging out of walls. 1 pillow per bed...etc........
