Overnight stay Staff friendly professional in finding room to stay the night, the room was clean all the amenities present. Pool spa open clean recommend it to all overall 3 Palms is a very good place to stay and visit Tucson

Served out needs This a nice place to stay but I have to admit I'm a little biased to its sister property in Scottsdale. In this location the rooms, pool, and hot tub are smaller. However this is a clean, pleasant place to stay. Staff was nice and it's located on the main drag so it allows easy access to the area. I would recommend choosing a pool view room, as its much better than overlooking the highway.

Super friendly & efficient staff! Great place to stay The staff was SO kind, helpful, & efficient! they were quick to help (with a smile) when needed & didn’t make me feel like a burden. Clean place, nice pool area, & great room layout for a family esp with young kids, to not feel congested. I also liked the small laundry room. Two washers and dryers sort of tucked away in a spot not to advertise you’re washing clothes, but you can still see from the pool area while you have fun, & the small room keeps people from loitering in there. Very pleased! Absolutely recommend.

I don't understand all of the rave reviews... You get what you pay for. 3 Palms is outdated, noisy, and more of an extended stay/apartment complex than a hotel. The location is good, and the service is friendly, especially in the breakfast area. Too bad that the furnishings and linens are subpar (1985 called and wants its bedspreads back), and the breakfast was...well, there's a Whole Foods on the corner, or better, Beyond Bread across the big intersection. I didn't venture to the pool as I wasn't sure about safety; even in a nice spot in Oro Valley, I made sure the door was locked. Anyway, I won't be back - I've stayed in a lot of hotels all over the world, and some are just not worth the savings.

Amazing! I had the pleasure of staying at the 3 Palms for just a quiet night. The staff is absolutely amazing, Lupita is a true gem. I got to stay in the newly renovated room and wow! Completely blown away. I legit felt like I was staying in a hotel room on the Las Vegas strip, I am not kidding you. I was in complete luxury. You must check this place out if either you’re passing through town, need a staycation or just a night to yourself. Definitely will stay again!
