Very worn out tired property. Was very disapointed. Tge pool.is very small the tiles around the edge were broken and a six wide black scum all the way around it. Jacuzzi was worse and literally green, withcracked tiles all the way around. The toilets at the pool were nasty as well. Plenty of pool towels and chairs. The resturant on tge website show a nice italian restaurant however it is a bar with bar food and not cery good. We ate tonights and both were over priced and terrible. Staff did not care and no eye for detail. Floor was dirty tables needed cleaned. Breakfast was great and the cook that did omletes was great. Food choices. Good and fresh. The room was old and tired.Floors were very dirty. Room was not cleaned all 3 days. Housekeeping staff asked if wanted more towels. They filled the coffe and brought washclothes and were very pleasant. The sofa bed is a small liveseat and the only furniture in the room with a rolling foot stool. Two chairs at a table 1 had broken feet and rocked. Refrigerator worked well.Did not use microwave and tge safe worked but is very low to the floor. The view was awful as we looked over the grease hoids for the kitchen and the smell was disgusting. Was informed no other rooms were available.Bathroom was very small had a big mirror but very dim light so you couldnt see anything in it. The closet had another sink and mirror with dim lighting very strange set up. We were a family of 5 and told the beds were queens size tgey are not. Full size beds .We have been in the hitel business for over forty years and stayed at many Embassy suites thru out the united states. The front desk staff were rude and understaffed to say the least. The outside of the building is nice and well kept. I definately would not recommend this Embassy suites I was so disapointed as our whole trip was around our grandchildern, swimming and wating. We wont be back and for the price we couldve stayed at a nice resort with full service.

Restaurant and bar open late was a nice amenity. Breakfast was great. Near the Walmart in case you need anything. Wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely go back next time we are in the area.

I've stayed everywhere in East Tucson, and this is the best I decided to come back and review this place. I've stayed here approximately 10 times. I have recently been sent to the Hilton Tucson East down the street and it made me appreciate this Hilton so much more. Let's review what is so good about this place. Parking: free free Breakfast: free buffet, they even have an omelette station for custom omelettes that is free with your stay. Coffee: free and delicious at the breakfast area restaurant Water: free in your room, should that not be enough? There is a filtered water in the gym and ice machines all around the property. Gym: nice facility multiple cardio machines and dumbbells up to 75, kettle bells. Internet: free high-speed Internet Phone signal: excellent phone signal from the hotel for business calls Location: clean location not a lot of riffraff/homeless people hanging around in the parking lots. Pool: clean, nice large with nice seating around the area. Bar: There is a happy hour from 530 to 7. If my memory serves correct will you get two free drinks.

There are better places to stay. We had a family wedding to attend in Tucson and after much searching we settled on this hotel. We know nothing about Tucson. We arrived at the hotel after driving from PHX. We were early but were able to check in and they gave us a room on the “quiet” end of the complex away from the pool. All rooms exit into a courtyard with open hallways to the outside. Your room card opens the gate to get in the courtyard from the parking lots. We opened the door to our room and were immediately hit with warm air. I checked the thermostat and it was set to 60 but it would never get below 75. If I don’t have decent AC I get cranky. I took the wait and see approach to the AC hoping it would get better. We were tired from our flight and drive and just wanted to take a quick nap. Our day started at 0330 on the East Coast. Woke up and no change in temperature. I travel with a large portable fan and was somewhat comfortable with it while napping. We had a party to get to and left. Came back and still no change in temperature. It was late and we said we would go to the front desk and request a room change. The next day we went to the desk and asked if we could change rooms and they let us check out another room. The other room was warm just like our original so we stayed in the original room. The person at the desk did give us some points on our account for the inconvenience. After 2 days we decided to leave and go to Sedona. The AC in the other hotel worked wonderfully. Some other issues I found with this hotel was the lack of outlets in the bedroom. We didn’t use the pool but it looked dirty as the water was cloudy. I also never saw anyone clean the vegetation debris in the courtyard or hallways. And be prompt at the free breakfast as they lock up at exactly 0930 during the week. We got there about 0910 and many pans were empty and they had no intentions of replacing them. Also there was no ice in the soda machine. The omelette was good though. In conclusion, there are better places to stay in Tucson.

June 7 2024 June 7th I’ve stayed at a his property a few times when it was the Radisson first time as the Embassy Suites. The checkin staff was friendly. The room was nice & clean. I went for the complimentary breakfast it was great. Before leaving the hotel I called to put in a restaurant order to go. Couldn’t get through to the restaurant they were having some phone difficulties. I called the front desk to get transferred. They tried transferring me twice but it didn’t go through. The third time I asked if they could get a hold of someone for me. The desk clerk didn’t want to do it. I said I’ve had this problem at other Hilton properties that’s why I let my Diamond status go. After I insisted on customer service he said he would go and have someone call me. I got called from the restaurant ordered my food. The restaurant staff were great & apologized for his behavior. The front desk clerk needs some additional training.
