An "Oldie" but worth the stay. I had selected this lodging because they were a "NO PETS" and "NO SMOKING" facility. I arrived over an hour early and asked the receptionist, Amy, a good eating location where I could have a late lunch prior to check-in. She directed me to the adjoining restaurant that was connected to the hotel's office. Upon completion of an excellent meal she was able to sign me in to my assigned room. Going to and entering my room I observed the area was well maintained. My room was clean and orderly. With the room was on the second level I didn't mind climbing the stairs, but those with difficulty walking may want to request the main level as there is no elevator and the ice machine is also on the main level. After a comfortable night's rest I enjoyed a basic breakfast that was quite tasty. Scrambled eggs and sausage links were the main items. With limited eating space, during the busy season I suspect eating space would be a problem. But, in as much as I was there at less busy time, more glitter would not have added to my comfort, plus the aged design of this hotel brought nostalgic memories to mind!

Quality Inn TULLAHOMA, TN Needed room for a night. Older establishment. Lobby was neat. Evening desk employees were great! Asked to see a room before we booked. Desk attendant gladly walked me to room to check it out. Again, older establishment but room was clean as well as the bathroom. Laminate flooring instead of carpet (which was fine with us). Bed frame ( had king bed) was not a typical hotel bed frame. Made me think IKEA. Made some noisy when I turned over, got up and laid down but it slept pretty good. Had air conditioner on so didnt hear much outside noise. Not saying AC was loud but it was just enough to give a quiet night sleep. Pool was under some type of repair/maintenance so not open for guests to use. We did ask to just sit in the pool furniture but told we could not. Will suggest they put the pool tables and chairs outside the pool fence for guest to use until pool is open again. This establishment did offer a breakfast for guest’s. Left early next day so unable to give details for the breakfast. Will check this establishment for room,if ever needed again.

This hotel seriously needs a change of management and training of staff to actually keep their words serving customers. I normally write positive reviews unless something needs to be shared to improve the situation. If I get treated like the past three days at this place, I feel obligated to spread the word. First: There are way better options than Quality Inn on Jackson, so to begin with go for them. If you want to try this place stay away from room 100! I was supposed to stay here in a quiet, smoke free room from Sunday through Friday, but having had less that 10 hours sleep the past two days due to noise from trucks parked outside starting up at 5am and room with so little insulation that the engine noise wakes you up does not qualify as a quiet room. In addition the room was supposed to be smoke free, it smelled heavily of cigaret smoke when entering. I immediately returned to the front desk where the receptionist didn't find another room but instead sprayed the room with some perfumed spray making the smell better for a bit, but the smell was so intense that it returned shortly after throughout the night. The receptionist promised I would talk to a manager next day as well as my room would be thoroughly cleaned next day. My workday was so busy I did not have time to show up during normal working hours, so expecting the cleaning I was fine with that. Breakfast consisted in four taps for juice with water in three and very thinned orange juice in the last, cold sausages and cold scrambled eggs. Coffee, bread and jam as alternative. Bonne appetite... Returning in the evening, nothing had happened in my room and I was so tired due to last night's lack of proper sleep, so I just went straight to bed. Next I woke up at 1:22am due to upstairs neighbors drinking and talking - very easy to follow the conversation though I wasn't interested - both pillows around my ears to sleep.. Next waking up to the trucks starting up again around 5am I had it. This was my last night here. Time to shave and found the sink was clogged!!! Same day I checked in with another hotel. After long workday at night - willing to pay up-front for this one night not staying there I was asking for a receipt for checkout. This is where it started getting messy. Receptionist could not write me a receipt as the system would not let her do that as I was booked through Friday. So I could not get a proof of checkout even though I returned the key... She called the manager who just told the same story. I asked if either of them could at least send me an email as confirmation that I checked out. They were not willing to do that. I asked if they felt it was unreasonable to pay for Sun-Mon-Tue and release the room for other people to use the rest of the week (there's a music festival going on - most rooms are booked I learned from colleagues). I asked the manager directly: So the only way out of here is to pay for the whole stay, and she confirmed. This is about the worst experience I've had with a hotel, and I want to share this experience with you all. They are greedy, lazy and unaccommodating. This hotel deserves to go out of business or get management replaced.

Average stay-staff was nice It was an average hotel. Very clean inside and the front desk lady in the evening was very nice. As mentioned in prior reviews, the WiFi was not great. It went in and out. The bed made a lot of noise. The mattress sits on a metal frame so if you move much it makes a clanking noise. Pulling up there were a lot of people just hanging out so it seemed a little sketchy but it turned out to be fine.

One of my best stays! I came to the Quality Inn late last Friday night, tired and needing a room. I simply looked on my phone for a hotel in Tullahoma, where I had never been before. Mr. Ron checked me in, very personable and friendly!! He got me a room straight across from the office, which I drove over to it, and once inside, Mr. Ron even phoned the room to make sure I was in and everything was ok. Traveling solo, that made me feel safe. The room was huge!! Everything was clean and in order. The shower was amazing, great water pressure! I slept better than ever in a bed like a cloud. I travel alot and this bed was pretty much the best I've ever slept in. Slept in, skipped breakfast as I did need to get back on the road. Very nice woman checked me out. I would certainly stay there whenever in the area!
