Best hotel This is the best hotel I've been to my only thing is I could not use my gift voucher to pay for a special deal it's of monetary value and had to pay more for the same 2 days in order to use my gift voucher which was a birthday gift

Disappointing Food was of very poor standard and quality. It was a very disappointing. There was not enough staff on the ground also especially in the resataurant at breakfast.

Lovely break away We enjoyed 2 nights last weekend . Firstly hotel is beautifully decorated and clean , rooms are very nice and very comfortable. Main restaurant is super and meal included was top class , breakfast both days was super. However as many said staff shortages and stretched staff really affects the bar experience for eating , second night we basically had to call service to order , clean down , even pay bill .. just not enough experienced staff ., that aside a lovely break . I do wish owners would read the constant feedback about service

Terrible stay with rude staff We had a very poor experience at this hotel, mainly because of the staff and how rude they were in all areas of this hotel. Rudeness seemed to be consistent across all areas of the hotel, mainly reception one particular lady housekeeping, and other service areas. Simple questions were met with dismissive attitudes, and at all times the staff were outright rude and unhelpful. A hotel stay should feel welcoming and comfortable, but this was not the case here. The lack of basic courtesy and professionalism made the stay unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone or have a good word to say about the stay. I emailed the hotel with my complaints as I felt it was necessary and that has been ignored. Save your money and go elsewhere!
